I have been buying goat milk powder for some time now from The Soapery. It is high quality and so soothing in my bath as I have skin problems. The price is very competitive and the service is excellent. I highly recommend this company.

Great company. I’ve purchased from the soapery a number of times - the ingredients have always had good best before dates, and they were well-packaged. The delivery is always fairly quick and the prices are good. Also, it’s worth mentioning that the general choice of products on the site is excellent. Thank you for the great service. Really nice products . Delivered quickly

I don’t make soap but I buy the Castile liquid soap to fill my hand soap dispenser. That way I can wash my hands using pure soap with no chemicals.

Regularly use The Soapery for Epsom salts, Dead Sea salts and other items like French and kaolin clay.
Excellent quality, very quick dispatch and delivery. Good value too. Mo like that I can order small amounts to check for allergies first and order more if I tolerate .

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with The Soapery. I placed two sizeable orders and expected reliable service, but instead I received a block of coconut oil clearly labelled 10kg, despite paying for 12.5kg. This is a straightforward under-delivery.

When I reported the issue, instead of apologising or resolving it, I was asked to weigh the product myself, take photos of the scale, and send the evidence. I don’t own industrial scales, nor should I be expected to source equipment and spend my time proving a mistake that is already obvious from the product label.

I paid for a full 12.5kg and received only 10kg — that alone should be sufficient to process the refund for the missing amount. Instead, I’ve been met with unnecessary back-and-forth and a lack of accountability.

I had been satisfied with The Soapery until now, but this experience has seriously made me reconsider ordering from them again. Good products mean nothing if customer service is dismissive and places the burden of proof on the customer for an error they didn’t make.
