The Sports HQ Reviews

The woodworm golf shoes I received were impossible to actually put on!!! After slacking off the laces and stretching the tongue section I could not get my foot in the shoe.I tried all day to ring the company on 01527390303 their "Help" number to no avail.Sent a message via e mail asking to return due to not being able to get my foot in the shoe, to be told to return them at my own cost by Jason a Customer service agent who obviously doesn't know the Consumer rights Act 2015. Terrible company.

The company delivers very fast after ordering. Came within one working day. I was an annoying customer who ordered left handed golf clubs in error.

Ed who deals with customer service provided a free returns label and sent the right handed clubs to me within 2 days of me returning the left handed set.

I was a pain in the bottom by constantly chasing but I always had a response that was respectful and reassuring. 100% will buy from again!

Don’t worry about them not answering the phones, as long as you email you will get a response.

Purchased a small set of clubs for my grandson very reasonable priced and delivery next day free of charge
Excellent service

MACSPD Irons, ordered at 11:50am arrived the next day before 1pm.

Can't fault the item or delivery.

Very good experience, quick reply from Zoe to a query I had. Only snag was no information tracking delivery.

Jason honoured an offer, which had expired, which I couldn’t complete whilst abroad

I recently bought online a waterproof golf suit at an exceptional offer price from thesportshq
It arrived the next day and I was delighted with the quality although I have yet to use it in the rain.

Superb value for money

Excellent service and great quality items

Competitive price, prompt delivery, good product, very happy

excellent customer service, excellent delivery schedule.
whats not to like.

Ordered RAM golf bag on Monday , £30 lower price than anywhere else , delivered Tuesday - product as described - all round brilliant service

Ordered, arrived in 2 days.

It was a big risk for me to try new clubs without testing them, but as a 60 year old man who is a stroke surveyor, I felt that single length clubs would be the way to go which would be easier for me to remember how to address the ball with these clubs. I only have the use of one arm when I play golf and again I thought being a single length club might benefit me. I have found the clubs being a little strange at first but now with a little use on the driving range I now show progress with consistency in both distance and accuracy (maybe accuracy is a little hopeful). I belive that i will enjoy these clubs for many many rounds of golf to help my recovery and get me out of the house.

Great fast service and great product. I have bought from here before and will continue to buy again.
