The Sun Vegas Reviews

Disgusting site 100% rigged, spent over 150 filling up a progression spin meter that when full it gives you free spins , right at the end the game kept crashing stating game does not exsit(then balance going to zero and it saying insufficient funds) finally refreshed and went back on and guess what progression spin metre was at zero

Had big bass vegas constantly crash stating incorrect username and token combination , had big big fishing crash multiple times , not one single win also , I guess they will just put that down to system errors but funny how none payed out what so ever

Stay clear from this site

I done a self exclusion but then went back early and deposited 10 quid which they took but didn't let me play. I tried withdrawing that money but couldn't because I'm on a self exclusion. Don't trust this crooked lot.😡

Won 48 spins in bonus game won 0p
Contacted customer service saying game is fixed .They have totally blanked my complaint how can you win 48 bonus spins and win 0p .This site is corrupt .
Lack of reply 3 times just shows how corrupt they are .I'm taking my complaint to the gambling commission hopefully they will investigate this sham of a company .

This is a con site , if you have money u want to give it away just deposit it here , you will not win a penny . End off

Signed up for their welcome promo. Seemed great and it's enjoyable. Sadly, £3.53 from 100 free spins and 80p from 25 free spins and then shock horros, £75 wagering requirement. It wouldn't be a issue, but theres no free games and hardly any base game wins good enough to even come close to wagering that amount. Enjoy my £5 though, won't be playing here again.

Absolute con of a site. £450 spent on £1 spin on Pegasus. Built the free spin up to X10 multiplier not a free spin chance in sight. Must of won £45 back over game period. Spent similar on other games not a penny made. Also have a friend who is owned £4000, they refuse to pay out. First it was a id requirement, then proof of address. Now the latest is a software malfunction, with weeks between email's. Stay well clear. The sun is the sun no matter what they do(full of sh#t)

very nice casino games site. Lots of nice games. I don't play for big amounts because I can't afford it but like in a casino, sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. A noteworthy game website.

From March 2025 I am trying to reopen my account after my self excluded for 6 weeks .But they make this tool very hard to use in future..I call them they said they need my id I provided them then after 48 waist they asked me for my id to hold it's near to my face and send them my selfie I send them then after 48 hours they said it's not clear I was pis**d off I told them leave it keep it close. Now after 3 months I try again I call on customer service they said I have to send them clearly pictures of my id .I send them, This Friday I received email they expect it and soon you received email that you account opened.
Today is Monday 30/06/2025 at 4:37 I received email said you account is open now and now you can play.I try to login and very surprised that same shit appear my account still locked.. what the hell I call again customer service. And they don't have any answers..(same reply I going to look at your account again) it's look like they are investigating for any Mur**r.
In short.. Don't play on that side.

Deposited over 300 quid, im on chemo and in hospital with terminal illness. Was bored as my kids all overseas...constantly called and i explained my situation. I literllay have 590,000 in my bank! No mortgage no bills. Tell me before i deposit not after! My dead father was right! Dont touch anything affiliated to the scum newspaper!

Only getting 3 stars at the moment games are good will see if I get my withdrawals I’ve made today. Took screen shots off them all! Then they suspended my account will see in next 24 hours if they pay me it all out if not will take it further

Don’t trust the scamming …… literally you have to put 100s on before a single win is given absolutely rigged they all are tbh with you. Give it up f,,, them of get them closed the evidence I have on them is sickening believe.

Do not use this site false advertisements if you have been affected look out for a court case from Manchester in the next week it will be shown on the gambling aware Facebook page

Won £50 a few days ago on the free daily bonus. One of the better sites. Unlike MirrorBingo it doesn’t charge £2.50 for withdrawals either and withdrawls are done in a few minutes. Definitely recommended

Awful.
Games kept crashing alot. And no luck, I won some money back but compared to other gaming sites, the payout is terrible.
Customer service told me to clear cookies and caches even though I was new to site to prevent crashes and still crashed. Felt like they kept crashing on big wins or bonuses possible as twice it crashed and money went up.

Please avoid as terrible online gaming service.

Not sure why I'm seeing so many bad reviews. Got a bonus £50 spent and withdrawn just under 2k. The x7 is a bit high but I fullfilled it and took just under 2k on my first bonus. Blinder

Worst online casino, I used to play Sun vegas but never got to win and taking forever to get a bonus, left it for a while and went back, BIG MISTAKE still exactly the same, £350 through got 2 bonus games one of £23 and one of £21, will stick to double bubble, never again with sun vegas.

Avoid avoid avoid.... You will spend only without winning anything. 3k in 0.4k out.

THEY DO NOT LIKE THOSE WHO WIN MONEY!!!

I’ve been a member for a long time never lost in this casino always won money on the roulette. All of a sudden they emailed me to say my account has been restricted and I should send in my Bank statements payslips etc etc

WHAT A BUNCH OF CROOKS!!!’

i'm sorry but this casino is absolutely pathetic, i'm an avid gambler and spend A LOT of money on slots, i can afford it... i have spent £1k on this site, the first £100 or so i was doing higher value spins, but the remaining £800 or so i spent solely on 10p spins because something just doesn't feel right about their games. i literally did not win a single penny. not a single bonus game. nothing.

it would be funny if it wasn't so utterly pathetic. i urge you to stay away from this casino because you will not win. the whole point of a casino is that you have at least some chance of winning, but they have definitely done something to their rtps and win rates, i don't know what or how, but over 8000 or so 10p spins i did not win once.

just highly suggest using a different casino, ANY casino but this one... like w t f. i've now self excluded w them because admittedly i do like to gamble a little bit too much and when i hit my deposit limits on other sites i am inclined to deposit with sun vegas, i don't mind spending money, but with this site i know i will get absolutely nothing back lol, pointless

Promotions are a waste of time you will win jack, terrible customer service try other websites with decent chances
