Do not go near this site and company. They take days to reply to emails. Sit on documentation and refuse to allow you to withdraw money. I requested a withdrawal and then after waiting two days it was cancelled by them and put back into the SunVegas account.

Deliberately obscure which slot games are needed to be played for specific bonuses. No link in the bonus section and no way to navigate to the correct selection. The T+C's make no sense of the applicable games and customer support were useless with irrelevant comments and silly ^^ emojis.

I have put so much money into this site yes I had some wins but after two years of playing I deposit £25 and then my account gets blocked before I can even play it used the same card I always have and now I have been told it’s been closed with no option of reopening and I’m still fighting to get my £25 back as a bingo caller so knowing the gambling laws this is unfair and unacceptable I will be continuing this fight for my money and if I do not get it back I will be contacting the gambling commission

Crap site takes but never pays out

Bonuses are the worst I've ever seen, you have to launch a full scale investigation to find out where you can even use them, tried the games the AI chatbot said I can use it on but there's no bonus there, also my 100 free spins is apparently cancelled for no reason (no withdrawal, rtp is too bad) daily spin says spin here after deposit but takes you to a long list of terms and conditions with no spin at all
