Both Dr.Hatley and Karen were informative, accomodating and helpful throughout the course of treatment. The treatment was effective showing marked improvement after three sessions. Dr. Hatley offered an honest assessment from the initial consultation and throughout. His manner was professional, agreeable and reassuring. The procedure was, at its height, uncomfortable for a short period, and for the most part, well-tolerated. There was some localised redness after each appointment but, with care, the treated area settled after three to five days. I recommend and will return for further sessions, if required.

I recently visited the thread vein clinic for consultation and subsequent treatments to my face. I have to say, from appointment scheduling to the actual treatments, the level of service and expertise exhibited by all the staff has been excellent. After consultation, Dr Hatley explained the treatment process and required course for me and came across as friendly but very professional. I'm now part way through the course and I'm amazed at how effective the treatments are, even from the very first session and I'm really pleased with results so far. This is something I have put off for decades and I did originally consider a more local beauty therapy establishment, but really wanted to be in the hands of fully qualified professionals, you don't want to be taking chances with your face after all. I'm very happy to recommend this clinic, as always, you get what you pay for.

I don’t normally write reviews but felt compelled to add my voice and reassure people looking to get treated at the thread vein clinic to go ahead! I had (emphasis on past tense!) permanent red veins and very splotchy complexion across my face from years of blushing as an elite sport, as well as underlying rosacea. I’m now two weeks post my first treatment and the results are amazing. Nearly all permanent red veins have completely disappeared and others are fading further by the day. I was fully prepared to do 2-3 treatments but it’s looking like I’ll only need one for now (veins can appear in new places over time as we all know). The treatment wasn’t too unpleasant, I did have a very red face afterward and cat scratches for about 5 days - so unlike for some I did have to have some downtime. But well worth it! Wish I went years ago. Thanks!

I am very pleased with the results of my treatment at The Thread Vein Clinic. Dr Hatley treated a couple of thread veins on my nose, and extensive thread veins on my legs. The veins on my nose have gone, and so too have nearly all the veins on my legs so they are no longer noticeable. At my initial consultation Dr Hatley gave me an accurate assessment of the number of treatments I would require in order to achieve the desired results, and throughout my treatment was always happy to answer questions. Karen his PA is very helpful and efficient.

I highly recommend Dr Hatley. He was extremely thorough and reassuring in his consultation so I was feeling comfortable on the day of treatment. I am pleased with the immediate results and would return to the clinic with any concerns or for repeat treatments in the future.

Never had to wait even an extra minute for my appointment, good communication on the assistant’s side in case you have a question or need to make some changes. The doctor was always polite and acted in a very professional manner.

Very good experience here. Dr Hatley is a consumate professional who listened to me and calmly responded about the options I had for treatment. Unlike some clinics, he was knowledgeable and honest about the treatment and its outcomes. Dr Hatley is instantly likeable as well as calm, reassuring and meticulous. My procedure took a matter of minutes and involved a completely tolerable prickling sensation. The angry, red spider nevi blighting my cheeks had reduced by as much as 75 per cent about a week later, and the redness evaporated. I’m excited to see how much better things look in a few days’ time after my second treatment which I had this morning. I wish I’d done this far sooner! I was very pleased with the results of this treatment.
Dr Hatley treated several thread/spider veins on my nose that had been bothering me for years. He was very clear on potential side effects (luckily I didn't have any) and the probably amount of treatments necessary (two in my case).
Wish I'd done this years ago.

I had significant thread veins on one leg (above the knee) which I was becoming self-conscious about and after three sessions with Dr Hatlley, they have completely disappeared. It took a few months for them to settle but now it's like they were never there.
I had three sessions and each one lasted about 20 minutes and it was pain free. I am beyond delighted and can't recommend him highly enough.

Dr Hatley was extremely professional and pleasant during my two visits to him. He advised me that I would need 2-3 appointments to remove my thread veins which had been really getting me down for years. I ended up only needing two appointments and the results were amazing! The veins I had treated have now completely disappeared, and I only wish I’d gone sooner. All my correspondence with his assistant and receptionist were also very professional and friendly. I am very pleased and impressed with the whole experience.

Dr Hatley is always welcoming and makes the procedure seem effortless.
At the end of the session he always checks if you are happy with the results, and is willing to make further changes if he feels you’re not 100% satisfied.

I went to The Thread Vein Clinic to get rid of spider veins around my nose and cheeks. So far I'm happy with the result, I'm still in a healing process. The doctor and the receptionist are both very polite and kind people.

I had a few treatments done on my legs and the chest to remove the spider veins and I am very happy with the results. I did need a few treatments to get rid of the veins but I was advised prior that I was going to need 3-4 treatments as some of the veins were old and stubborn. Dr. Hatley is very professional, helpful, listens to your needs and has a friendly approach which is always a bonus. I highly recommend the clinic. Thank you Dr. Hatley.
