The Vinyl Store Reviews

There was a manufacturing defect in one of the records I bought. After a brief conversation with the customer service team, the vinyl store sent me a replacement. Excellent customer service!

A large part of my record collection has come from The Vinyl Store. Great selection and best prices.

I've never had a single issue with The Vinyl Store. Great prices, easy to navigate website and fast, reliable postage - plus great service. They're a very professional outfit.

I have ordered from here multiple times and it is the BEST!

It comes fast, never takes more than a few days. Comes in such good condition, it’s never damaged and some how when I buy brand new vinyl from other stores it has dust but never here. Always a reasonable price, never to much. If you are looking to buy some vinyls always look here first.

Great range and price got some old favorites from the new sales section prices are always great

Every time I throw in an order it always shows up correct, swiftly and in perfect condition.
Highly recommended checking them out.
You might something you've been looking for elsewhere.

I've bought from the Vinyl Store a few times now and they are fast becoming a favourite online retailer. A great range with more than competitive prices. Communication is top notch around order status and postage is quick and at rates you'd expect in Australia. A+😁

My vinyl records arrive safely and well packaged.

Delivery came quick but with some damage to the centre label. Not sure if it was meant to be second hand or new, but I didn’t expect it.

The Vinyl Shop has a wonderful selection of records. Everything arrives brand new and perfect. Prices are excellent as is the service. Will be buying more vinyl in the future. Thank you so much.

A simple process of ordering and receiving top quality vinyl!
The vinyl store is definitely my preferred go to site.

Always a very easy ordering process and a quick delivery. Very happy with the whole experience.

First time ordering from The vinyl store, 4/5⭐️ due to one out of the 6 vinyls I ordered arriving slightly damaged and not sealed. However after some excellent customer service from the team they got to the bottom of the issue for me and rectified the issue in a timely and professional manner. These things happen and I think everyone should give them a fair go.

Pricing was fair and delivery was standard, no long waits & my order was well packaged. Will order from them again at some point and recommend to my vinyl loving friends too!🎵

Du choix , envoi rapide et soigné. Je recommande

The difficult-to-find album was competitively priced. Well packaged for transit arrived safe and sound.
A slight delay in despatch, but team member responded promptly when I queried this and apologised for the delay.

I had been looking for a while for this album and searched many places in the UK but all sold out. So decided to look in Australia (as it’s an Australian artist) and found it was on your website. I took a chance last week and received it today and I am so happy. The whole process from buying to receiving was brilliant. The time it took to get here was very quick too. Thank you so much I will definitely use again :-)

I frequently buy vinyl from The Vinyl Store as the price is always great, the range and quality excellent and postage costs very reasonable especially when buying a few albums

The album arrived quickly and looks in perfect condition.

Great quality new vinyl with reasonably priced and quick shipping.
Always really well protected and packed too!
All my purchases thus far have arrived in pristine condition.
I will definitely keep buying from The Vinyl Store!

It's one thing to have a great easy only purchasing experience. But the true test of great customer service is when something isn't right.

I wouldn't have thought possible but, I had received a sealed re-issue album with a 20mm scratch. After sending through a few photos I received an apology straight back with an offer to send out a replacement asap.

The few back and forth emails all occurred well after hours too. This meant everything was sorted same day not over a couple.

Such a great experience. As a priority over other retailers, I will always be looking to buy from the vinyl store when possible.
