The clinic was modern, bright, clean, spacious,equiped and convienently located. Staff were at all times friendly,kind,efficient, considerate and professional. Communication before and after procedures was superb at all times. My specific needs were considered and met. Clearly excellent well-led respectful teamwork in theatre. Highly recommended.

I am a patient from Germany. After 5 years of visiting doctors in Germany who were unable to treat my Pelvic Congestion Syndrome properly, I am overjoyed to have found the professional and excellent team of Professor David Beckett and Judy Holdstock with all the kind staff both in Bournemouth and London. They are great. I've had embolisation and sclerotherapy of the pelvic veins and I'm finally feeling well again. I regret that I did not have the courage to travel to England earlier for treatment.

I was treated like an individual, intelligent person, with care and compassion by people I had met before at my first consultation. I trusted them. Pain was expertly managed. The procedures were explained as they progressed. Surprisingly conversation flowed. A great distraction
My nurse who was with me almost all the time was excellent, attentive and caring.

I had EVLA on the small saphenous veins on both legs plus TRLOP closure of 8 faulty perforator veins. The staff at Whiteley Clinic are very knowledgeable and experienced at dealing with vein problems , and I found them to be very efficient as well as caring and friendly. Professor Whiteley operated on my legs and the surgery went very well.

I was referred to The Whiteley Clinic by BUPA, and I attended the Bristol clinic. I visited the clinic for my scans and then had an initial online consultation with Prof Whiteley which was more convenient and fit for purpose. Seamless process of obtaining the authorisation from BUPA. The medical team at Bristol are really lovely. When I had my procedure, they could not do enough to reassure me and provided me with all the information about what to expect during and after the procedure. The waiting time is a bit longer to be treated in Bristol by Prof Whitelely but you are offered the option of attending their Guilford clinic if you want to be seen/treated sooner.

The Whiteley Clinic pretty much saves my veins after being written off by a previous service. I cannot praise them too highly.

A very professional and caring team. From my initial phone call to my procedure for Pelvic Vein Embolisation I was kept fully informed. The scan performed by Jenna followed by procedure under the guidance of Dr Alberto was expertly conducted by everyone in the team.
It is just over 2 weeks since the procedure so I am still in the recovery period and therefore unable to comment on the hoped for outcome as I understand takes a while for everything to settle. I am due for a review in January.

As with previous visits & treatments, I found everyone very professional, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I felt in safe hands.
