Emma and team were recommended to me to use for my house purchase. My wife and I only have great things to say. From the beginning of the process to the end it has been extremely seamless and very very easy. Communication and attention to detail has been amazing. What I thought would be a stressful process has been anything but. I can’t honestly thank Emma and the team enough. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Fantastic experience with Laura , she completed our conveyancing , I cannot recommend her enough - fast , efficient and brilliant communication . My experience with Laura and the team was excellent throughout. There were many delays, due to my buyers and their lawyers, which made it a very long process but the team were always there with their support. I would definitely recommend Thomas and Thomas.

Once Laura and the team were aware of the date I needed for completion the response was fantastic. I felt it was slow and too automated at the start but the personal service kicked in when I needed it to, recognising the importance of this to me. There was also alot of checking of old documents I had before they wanted to commit to me taking out further indemnities which has saved me both time and money.

Casey & Laura were amazing, I cannot express how easy they made the process especially that we were first time buyers.
Every Monday we had a weekly update which meant we didn’t have to email asking where we were in the process. As soon as there was any action on us we had an email and a response the same day with explanations of what was required.
We even received an email on bank holidays when it was close to completion.
