Great experience, super fast, and very straight forward

I entered the Camberley branch on an off chance as Son had run out of data. I was greated by the Manager Sam (sorry if I've got that incorrect) after a shocking experience with the online chat she was a ray of sunshine. If I'd been writing this after that it would have been 1 🌟 but what a difference knowledgeable and helpful staff make. Thank you Sam!! My Son is more than happy with his new data plan, that you are his hero and made the visit painless and seamless for me!! First class service. An assett to your company to move me from a 1 star to 5 star in one relatively brief interaction.

Outstanding Customer Service from Raj

I cannot recommend Raj highly enough. After two years of paying two separate phone bills, despite repeatedly trying to get help from customer service, I had genuinely started to believe that the issue was never going to be resolved.

I came into the store and was fortunate enough to deal with Raj — and what a difference that made.

From the moment I arrived, Raj greeted me with a genuine smile and was incredibly polite, friendly and professional. He took the time to properly listen to what had happened, engaged with me throughout the whole process, and was also fantastic with my children while he was helping me.

Most importantly, Raj actually solved the problem. A problem I had been trying to resolve for two years, and which nobody else had been able to sort out, was resolved by Raj in approximately 20 minutes.

I honestly couldn't believe it.

It's rare these days to come across someone who combines such excellent customer service with genuine patience, enthusiasm and a willingness to actually take ownership of a problem. Raj didn't just go through the motions — he listened, understood the issue and found a solution.

He is an absolute credit to the company and a fantastic example of what outstanding customer service should look like.

Having recently lost my phone while travelling abroad I called into Three Camberley to see if they could get me back up and running. Long story short - the service from Laura and Conor was exceptional. Friendly, helpful, cheery and professional. I walked out with a fully set up new phone inc a screen protector, case, cable and speed charger. My new contract costs a fraction more than my previous one and includes a new phone and a better roaming package. 10/10 to Three and these two employees.

As a senior technophobe, I needed help setting up and transferring things to a newer phone. Conor in Camberley went above and beyond to assist me with this. I have always had great customer service from this branch, but Conor excelled this.

Excellent quick service and very helpful explained everything very well his name was Ahyan a very good bundle deal which I would never have been able to get doing it myself online. Assistant manager Connor 's customer service handling and sorting out my issues and giving me sensible options and cost saving without a hard sell was great. I was planning to move away from 3 but I will stay now.
