Excellent support from Harrison at 3 Store Cardiff. I visited the 3 store in Cardiff today and Harrison provided outstanding service. He was friendly, knowledgeable and sorted out my broadband issue quickly and also took the time to go through the latest offers. Really impressed with his professionalism and customer care.

Excellent customer service from Albin…
Excellent customer service from Albin and Janice. Both gave clear information, patiently answered questions, understood what I was trying to achieve and spent time with me. I was particularly impressed with the way Alvin helped me set up my new Wi-Fi in a professional yet friendly way. I also liked the way the information given when I asked questions did not patronise me even though my questions were a basic level I’m sure. I have left today’s visit to the store being clear of what I’ve signed up for which was important to me. Thanks to Alvin and Janice.
