I can not recommend Rich and Harvey enough at the Three Store in Chichester!
My phone had died that morning and i visited the store that afternoon as i needed to have a phone urgently for personal reasons. Harvey and Rich were so kind and accommadating. Not pushy at all. Once i'd decided on a phone and package. Rich got to arranging my new contract. They were very knowledgeable in helping me get the right contract at a really good price. They even helped transfer all my data onto the new phone. Sadly, whatsapp was not playing ball and we had issues with this transfer. The guys were brilliant. The store closed at 5.30pm and they both stayed until 7pm to get it sorted. I can't thank them enough for their friendly and caring approach. This was definetly above and beyond with customer service. Thank you both so much. I highly recommend both Rich and Harvey to assist you. I will be back in the future. Thank you. Julie xxx

Extremely friendly and very patient, given that I am to a degree technological challenged. Explained all the options in great depth. I confirmed an order and Martin proceeded to insert sim and check that everything appeared to be in working order.
