Honestly the worst customer service…
Honestly the worst customer service I've ever received. Because of a mistake on their end, which they fully admitted, my account was charged over 400 pounds until I noticed it and went in to fix. After 5 (!) hours on the phone talking with random people who promised refunds etc. I never got my money back and had to complain to the Ombudsman as well.

The staff were great and so helpful
The staff were great and so helpful, the shop was in good condition and I felt in good hands. The day before I’d been in the Three shop on Oxford St which was the absolute opposite (it was chaotic and the logo was falling off the shopfront) so I was so relieved and grateful to have good service at the Covent Garden location.
