Came into the store when Three customer service couldn’t help me over the phone. James was amazing, so helpful & sorted everything out for me easily. I was panicking so much, he didn’t bat an eyelid, was so calm and got to the bottom of the problem straight away! Helped me with upgrading my phone while I was there & did his best to get me exactly what I wanted within a good deal too! Left feeling so much better than I did when I went into the store - 10/10 ⭐️
