The guy in the Dunfermline 3 shop today…
The guy in the Dunfermline 3 shop today was great -we are 3 customers in our 70s who are not great with phones-we called in for advice as I couldn't use my phone for continual adverts and pop ups that I hadn't a clue how to sort -he very kindly not only helped us he solved our problem and I left with my phone in working order -he was kind, polite, professional and extremely helpful -thank you once again a credit to 3 😁

Phone Back-up
I phoned up needing advice about Insurance, David was great in guiding me to the right direction. When I expressed how I am not good with technology, he asked if I was local and if so, to pop in and he would assist me with everything. When I got to the store, all 3 team members were just fantastic is supporting me with what I needed, also signed up and walked away with an Honor Tablet which I had been looking into buying a tablet for a couple months now and at a great price!!
