Fantastic Customer Service
Came into store to check my business contracts. Was interested in a new phone for my daughter and myself. Aaron, the customer advisor who was serving me was fantastic in helping me and reassuring me on the phone giving me a good deal. fantastic customer service.

Appalling company to deal with
Appalling company to deal with . Mis -sold broadband and mobile phone SIMS for family at store . Said coverage was good . Very poor coverage so ended all contracts within cooling off. Took 3 months to resolve . Twice they told me complaint has been sorted and new bill would reflect no cancellation charges. Kept getting bills for larger and larger amounts. Three Activated a debt collection agency saying I owed 1300 quid. Bothered my 82 year old Mum causing loads of grief (she thought she owed money) because they stuffed up the main contact despite me telling them several times to correct . Eventually 3 months later they accepted all their mistake and they owe me money. No apology. Meanwhile my credit score affected. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY THEY ARE SHOCKING. Don't believe the coverage on their website use OFCOM only. Going to Ombudman. I teach at the worlds best business schools I'm going to use them as a case study globally in how to be awful .
