Made my stress stress-free
I showed up rather stressed, on a sweltering day, with awkward luggage, having just returned from a long work trip during which my phone had disappeared, and having to leave again the following morning. Shahed was very calm and understanding, sorted everything out for me sharpish without any issues, new SIM, and significantly better contract, after my actual requirements became clear. Faultless, quick, easy experience.

I came in twice looking for an upgrade for my phone seeing that my contract was about to expire. Everyone was so kind, patient and warm.
