Could not get answer from smarty but great service at three kings lynn sorted in seconds

I recently visited the store to purchase a new phone. Ben the sales assistant was spot on with his knowledge and I was very satisfied with my purchase.

Afton and Sam are very friendly and helpful. They explained very clear.

Had a problem with a phone call that turned out to be Fraud. I am a Sky customer but the phone call got me to sign up frauduently to 3. I went into the 3shop where Sam, Ben and Vaida were so kind and did everything in their power to solved the situation from contacting customer service to reporting to fraud team. It was proven to be fraud and it could of turned out really bad for me. A huge thank you to the team who really took good care of me on both visits to 3 shop totalling over 3hrs. Brilliant team.

Been coming to the shop in king's Lynn since having mobile and have always found the staff Very polite and knowledgeable about there work.i always try to see Pedro as I find him easy to talk to about any problems.But if he's not available the other staff are just as helpful.Would i recommend this shop to friends and family yes I would .

My wife and I have had to go into the Kings Lynn store a number of times over the last 2/3 months, due to technological problems that we did not understand.
We have dealt with Nat, Ben and Pedro, and their knowledge and understanding in dealing with elderly customers, like us, we can only be described as exemplary, and are a credit to Three.
