She listened to what I had to say and walked me through the vest possible deals for me. Overall I had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend the store to everyone, I felt listened to and understood, the customer service standards in the store are absolutely amazing .

I’m an American living in the UK for a couple years and just moved into a house in Leicester. I had issues with all the major broadband providers so I looked at other options. I’m SO HAPPY that the other companies didn’t work out because this was way easier, way cheaper, and going into the store everyone was incredibly helpful and I was able to get in and out in 10 minutes. 10/10!
