Went to Trafford centre Three store to discuss a new phone. Anil was very helpful. No pressure and honest good offers for your money. Anil offered flexible options for what suited our needs. Thank you to Anil.

Came to store had a word with manager shax and Sean, both of them were very helpful and excellent service.

Sean was so helpful today helping me upgrade my phone and moving from O2 to Three he’s helped me previously with my sons upgrade and it’s effortless. 10/10

We had a grate experience Issa was very informative professional, helpful and friendly staff. He gave us a very good offer too saving us more than £20 a month on our mobiles and broadband. Highly recommend.

Took a friend in here today as she wanted to change her phone provider and upgrade her IPhone and therefore wanted to know what deals were available to her. What a thoroughly different experience it was here in the 3 shop !!! We’d already been into her existing provider to be told by the Meeter and Greeter, when she enquired on their deals for an iPhone ‘you don’t expect me to know all the prices and offers do you ? you’ll have to wait for an advisor!! Hence we left as she was rude . Another phone provider/shop had only two advisors on the shop floor which was insufficient for the number of customers wanting help.
Upon entering the Three shop at the Trafford Centre we were immediately greated by a friendly and approachable salesperson who listened intently to her requirements and needs from a new upgrade phone and contract . The guy (we didn’t get his name, but he wore a head bandana) advised her and suggested options that were available in a calm, patient manner . He completed the paper work, transferring her number across etc and as we are of a certain age and she is not competent or confident in all aspects of technology 🤦‍♀️ she was frighted of loosing any of her data, information, photos etc by trying to transfer it herself, he and several of the other extremely helpful guys, also on duty 2-4pm today, came to assist with transferring it across the phones for her . The whole team of Guys were very impressive today with their team work, knowledge, help and patience with us and my friend left the shop today very satisfied (P.S I’m writing this on behalf of her as she hasn’t mastered this skill yet 🤣but the Guys do deserve recognition and thanks and she took them a box of biscuits )

At the Trafford Center on September 15, 2025, at 3:00 PM, I encountered a deeply frustrating situation. There was only one staff member serving numerous customers, and he seemed to prioritize his friends over those of us who were waiting. Other staff members approached him to inform him that I was first in line, but it got ignored.

I had driven five miles to seek assistance, as customer service over the phone had suggested, I spent 3+ hours at phone. While I was there, this young person continued to serve other customers instead of addressing my needs. He even used my phone to call customer service and handed it to me, forcing me to repeat my situation. I starter sucking attention at 11:00 AM and ultimately gave up at 4:00 PM without any resolution.

The individual who appeared to be in charge was this same young man, who simply told me to leave without offering any solution. He stated, "It is the way it is," and the only option presented to me was to switch to a different provider. This experience was incredibly upsetting, and I hope it leads to improvements in your customer service practices.
