Sam was very helpful in helping me to terminate my old 3 contract and to enter into a new 5G MiFi Hub contract.
He did all this whilst I was in the store at Meadowhall. He was cheerful throughout.

The employee called Farhana was an absolute delight to work with - she was super helpful and polite, very comforting with the family members I came with that aren’t very tech savvy, and made my enquiry super easy to solve. She even ensured that I could return whenever to get extra help if something went wrong. Amazing customer service, and would recommend to anyone looking for a great experience with phone companies.
