My experience in the store was very great. However, the services we have received from Luma (Milton Keynes Central city centre) was fantastic, She is patient, polite, calm and respectful.
Our only disappointment was that there were other two ladies, who were very rude saying to each other that we are stressing their colleagues Luma who was serving us. This is unacceptable for an agents to be talking to each other in the presence of their customers. They don't even care about anything and all that they were doing was just playing games. Those two ladies (agents) don't deserve to work as a customer service agent. They have let the 3G company down. As for Luma, she deserve a pay rise. There was another agent (man) who was ok.

Helpful staff
Amanda and her colleague from Milton Keynes were good. Saved me a lot of trouble had no WiFi or data and I’m from Southampton so wasn’t close to home. They managed to fix it in store for me and get me on my way 👌
