Great experience.
This was a pleasurable visit to renew my phone. Ryan the assistant manager is always so helpful and knowledgable. He gave us a few options to choose from. Tom did a full transfer over for me. So friendly and helpful.

First phone contract
Me and my husband went in on 6th may, we're already 3 customers, to get a first phone for our son. They were all really helpful with choosing and plan and device, and friendly with it too. We were served by Thomas, a young guy. He had great customer service and would go back to that store again in future. Thanks!

Nateo at Crystal Peaks, along with his colleague were very helpful and sorted us out with a new 5G home hub for less than we're paying for poorer connection speeds, as well as an eSIM for my personal phone. They listened to what we needed, helped us with the technical aspects, didn't fill out heads with jargon, and we're very efficient in getting everything done in around 20 minutes.
