Today we had to reach out for support regarding a misleading set of roaming adds on at 3 Shop in Westfield Stratford, after being directed to 3Customers Services over the phone by a lady. We were extremely lucky to receive the professional and helpful support from your Customer Advisor Erika. She had the patience of a saint to help us deal with the issues, raised an investigation that would have been impossible to arise without her. We are humbled by her kindness, clear explanations and support. Erika is a great asset to your company alongside us as customers for nearly 20 years with your company.
