We went to the store today to add an extra number to our existing contract and change the contract a little bit. We dealt with Jamal.
He was very knowledgeable very helpful. I was impressed with the overall service so much so that I’ll be going back to see Jamal to talk to him about some of my business phones which are currently with another supplier. If Jamal is not a store manager yet he should be ! You need to promote people like this or you’ll lose them.

As a Three customer I visited the Wimbledon store yesterday because I had been unable to log into a banking app on my iPhone. Ceysun was able to resolve the issue in a matter of minutes, something which no-one else had managed to do. I was very impressed at the level of customer service and Ceysun’s tenacious approach in dealing with the problem. 10/10.

I came to store and I received a help from Jamal

I believe i can left a comment there, because i went to 4 different Three Shop last two weeks. Brixton, Tooting, Sutton and Wimbledon. Xazal is one of the best which i met with three. She have good knowledge about company products and explains everything very well.

I went to the other shop and wanna to get the 5G hub but finally the staff gave me the 4G one and said 4G hub can use the 5G network(i know which is not) and the staff also said only can be active two day after.

Xazal done the 5G hub for me and i can use it at the same day. She do the 5G hub for us and answer the other staff require and also told us about the mobile plan.

Finally, we got the 5G hub and switch 2 mobile plan to three.

If someone at three can saw this comment, i strongly recommend you should keep you good staff for your company. She deserve the praise and reward.
