Three UK - 3Store Winchester Reviews 

The customer service at the Winchester store is excellent. I visited today to organise a new phone, George and Cliff asked the right questions and listened to the answers. We agreed what the right solution was for me based on my needs not their commission targets. So refreshing. They are helpful, professional, friendly and knowledgeable and made my visit very comfortable. I watched them help other customers, nothing was too much trouble. They and their customer service is why I always use this store. Fantastic ambassadors for Three.

i was very happy with Luke (in Training) service that he gave me last week when purchasing a new mobile phone contact and explaing the benifits while being with Three , he done very well with coming the roaming charges with me and done the best he could to get the price as cheap as possible , really really happy thanks again Luke

My husband and I visited the Winchester store today and were greeted by the Connor, the Assistant Manager. He was so helpful and consistently projected a ‘can do’ attitude throughout the whole of our visit. He sorted out the issue with my mobile quickly and efficiently. He then helped us to understand an issue that that had occurred with our existing broadband provider. We are now testing our local signal, reviewing our existing contract and expect to return to the Winchester Three shop for all our future requirements.

I personally, have had a Three contract for many years and they have always helped me, speedily, efficiently and have not tried to confuse me with jargon. The Assistant Manager’s assistance today has reinforced our confidence in all that Three can offer. I would thoroughly recommend them.

The account transfer advice & instructions I received from George were very thorough and he answered all of my questions. When it actually came to the making the switch, I was again made fully aware of the account choices and what to expect during the process.

I was extremely impressed with the professional, helpful and very patient attitude of the staff. Connor was the gentleman I saw and he went out of his way to help me with all aspects of the phone and contract etc. I would highly recommend them to anyone. From the moment I walked in, Aqil was helpful, attentive and friendly! He listened to my current concerns with my old provider and was honest with his offers and plan options. After being greeted in a warm and friendly fashion, George listened carefully to an issue that I was having with signal strength in my house. He then spent a considerable time explaining the various things that he felt could be causing the problem. It was such a breath of fresh air to be treated in such a polite and patient manner. Thanks George, your time and technical knowledge were much appreciated!
