The service I received today from Connor in the Yeovil store was first class. I am a little ‘clueless’ when it comes to technology and the change of phones. Metin was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable with all things three. Martin got me a fantastic deal on not just my broadband but also my phone and even portable 5G mini broadband. Thanks to Marvin, my phone, broadband and new mini actually comes to LESS than what I was paying previously, with a new device. Metine explained all of the options and I was in control to choose the best one for me.

Friendly, professional and easy to talk to
Adam couldnt have been anymore helpful than he was. He went above and beyond and made it easy to understand our options. We didnt feel pressured into making any decisions. You can see why Adam is the store manager.
We will make sure to ask for him for any future tehc needs.
