I mistakenly made a purchase through…
I mistakenly made a purchase through PayPal. I immediately contacted TicketNetwork as soon as I hit the purchase button. The tickets hadn't been issued yet, but they refused to cancel my transaction. PayPal told me that I had to work things out with the Seller, which I tried to do. I'm not happy 😕! I'm out $260!! I advise not to deal with them....

Purchased 2 tickets and charged double what is printed on tickets
I purchased 2 tickets to Shawnee Playhouse in PA that should have sold for sold for $22.00 each. I was charged $98.07 for the tickets which was double what it should have been. I have disputed the amount charged with my bank but do not know the outcome of that dispute.

I bought tickets last Friday and requested a refund or exchange for reserved handicap seats. I was unable to get my request. My husband is 75 and I am 73 years old. I didn’t realize the tickets were not ada.

Thank you for your feedback. According to the venue layout there are only 2 ticket types available. General Admission and VIP reserved seating. After checking the order records, regular General Admission tickets were purchased and you were upgraded free of charge to VIP reserved seating instead. We also tried to accommodate your requests any way we can but if the venue is not offering ADA seating there was no way for us to issue an exchange to ADA due to venue limitations as well as we need to adhere to our policies that were agreed upon prior to checkout.
Do not download early. You will nto be able to get your tickets again.
Tickets were easy but it was hard after downloading.

Easy process and good customer service
It was pretty easy to buy the concert tickets, however I didn't like that I couldn't choose the seats I wanted, only the section/row. Also, it took a few weeks to get my tickets electronically.

Overpaid for tickets?
Bought 5 tickets online for one price, but the value listed on the tickets was nearly half that price (strange). The tickets that I printed out said I purchased tickets “1-5 of 10 tickets” (very strange), and purchased by “Layla Williams” (super strange). I went to the “box office” at the venue (local church) and they had not idea what happened or how to fix it.

The only confusing thing is that I got two emails regarding access to the tickets I purchased, one from TicketNetwork and one from MLB. I guess either or both would work. I did access the tickets.
