As a purchaser from the US I was a bit nervous about acquiring tickets in another country. I did my research on ticket network and it seemed very reputable. Turns out, they were GREAT to work with! I am a first time user. It took me about an hour to figure out how to get my tickets. It turns out I had to use a AXS app (how would I have known?) to access my tickets. I got a series of confusing e-mails from TicketNetwork. Need to simplify the process: purchase tickets, get tickets.

Never going to use again
The whole experience ordering the tickets was difficult to understand. My family of four could not sit together even though I wanted to buy 4 tickets for the WBC. My wife and son had to sit in a completely different section. This ruined our experience as we could not root together. Also we didn’t receive tickets until we were within 24 hrs of the event. This made us anxious as to whether we would get our tickets at all. Will not be using this service in the future.

I'm afraid that tickets for any event on our website can only be purchased in the quantities available from the drop-down menu provided in the ticket grouping. It is important to remember that seats purchased across multiple orders may not be consecutive. We only guarantee that seats on the same order will be side by side.
