I’m truly sorry for the frustration this situation has caused — that’s never the experience we want for anyone. At the time of purchase, the order was completed under our All-sales Final policy, which we make available prior to checkout. Because of that agreement, we aren’t able to issue a refund. If the problem you’re facing is related to damage, loss, or another covered circumstance, you would need to file a claim directly with your insurance company. They’ll be able to review your situation and guide you through the next steps. Please know we’re more than happy to provide any documentation or support you may need for your claim. I had a concert scheduled for FEB. 19, and it was rescheduled for May 7. I can't download my tickets once I accepted them. How can this be corrected.
