The site was deceptive, listing acts with similar names, so I ended up ordering tickets to some band I've never heard of, and have zero desire to see live.

Hard time getting the actual tickets in hand
Our tickets were not available until just a few hours before the show. We had to call customer service twice before it was resolved, and then was told we needed to print them out rather than show the bar code at the performance.
