Never again/lesson learned
Never again. Paid for premium floor seats, 2 days later, you can’t provide the tickets and we end up with nosebleed seats and only refunded $80 of $187 that I paid when the alternate seats we ended up with are only $25. Total crock of shit
Well, after all was said and done, we had a blast at the concert, even though we didn’t have the seats I originally paid for. The alternative tickets we got were in the upper level which showed to be almost completely sold out as well, however, over half of the entire level was empty at the concert. We were able to slip down closer anyway but not to the floor. Now the ticket vendor has decided to refund a little more of our money after reading my original review. At least they acknowledged the inconvenient scheme. I do appreciate the effort and the lesson learned. Next time just buy direct from the box office of the venue and save the additional service charge.

I see that the delivery method advertised at the time of purchase was Direct Transfer, which is a form of mobile entry. This means that you will need a smart device to gain entry, as your tickets are being transferred to you using a mobile application. Unfortunately, while we understand that sometimes clients would prefer a different delivery method, such requests cannot be accommodated. All tickets are listed using the specific delivery format available as per the event organizers or venue. We do hope you enjoyed your event.
