THE WORST! If your event's cancelled and you want a refund -- you'll get the runaround via Email's and texts. You'll be offered the option of choosing another event. NEVER, EVER again will I use this vendor!!!

I was forced to use a credit to buy a ticket because I was not contacted for a refund for my event cancelled due to COVID-19 which their site claims to “guarantee”. I only used a credit because I tried for over a week to contact this ticket site via email, chat service, and phone call. I was routed in an ongoing loop that I would be contacted through the 3 different channels “within 24 hours”. A week has gone by, many complaints submitted in the meantime and still nothing. I will never ever recommend this ticket site to anyone. Now let’s see if my tickets I was forced to use my credit on are even valid tickets because I just received an email confirmation stating “this is not my ticket” so I still do not have tickets and had to spend more money on the processing fees.

Brenda gave me an excellent customer service and was able to help me use my credit from last year's event.

Their website is easy but their customer service is not good. I had a credit on my account since 2019 and no one would get back to me.

Bought our original tickets in 2019. After 2 years of rescheduling a concert due to the pandemic. we cannot make it to the 2022 concert. This company will only refund if canceled not rescheduled. Poor customer service when date change and pandemic was totally out of the consumers control.

I'm absolutely pissed I said I wanted seats 1 and 2 and when I get my email they are seats 5 and 6.

Some glitches on the website. Order took sev eral attempts to go through despite information being correct

I had an easy sales experience with the agent Jose. Got what I wanted and he explained how I would be getting the tickets.

I was fortunate enough to work with Carlos who completed my order for me when I ran into difficulties on line. He was wonderful.

This site is just terrible. Only offers store credit when ANYTHING happens.

Ramon was awesome. He was very patient and answered all my questions. If he didn't know the answer he put me on a brief hold and went and found the answer. Overall great experience! Muy bueno!

We had tickets to the Shriner Circus which was cancelled due to Covid. I had a credit sent to me and today I used it to get tickets to the circus this fall, Very easy.
