Worst website I've ever used, no customer service at all. Will never in a million years buy a ticket from this website again

Purchasing the ticket through Ticketoffices.com was professional and convienent. My only complaint is the exorbitant service charge to process this ticket purchase. And then, on top of this service charge, there is a ticket protection fee. What's next? A good humor fee?

not user friendly for using in store credit

I had to purchase the ticket over phone because the vividseats website and app both were buggy. The customer support took care of it perfectly. Got the ticket over phone in no time.

Sold tickets (at outrageous fee) for a fictitious event at a legitimate venue. No tickets were received-of course. Could not reach customer service after much time and effort. E-mail message sent to Ticketoffices on link shown on the website failed as it was not a legitimate email account.
DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS with this scam outfit

Thank you for honoring the instore credit when my theatre tickets were cancelled in 2020 due to covid. Apply the credit was easy!

Speedy and got a great deal on baseball tickets last minute!

I sent numerous emails to customer service & never got a respsonse back. I then had no choice to wait on the phone for over 1.5 hours . service fee is ridiculous since you get NO service.

My problems in the past has not been ticketoffices but with flash seats. unable to get logged in or create an account after making the purchase. Going out on a limb here in hopes I don't get conned again.

Worst company ever. How can I be notified the day before the event. I’m 1000 miles away. Company not even in USA only could speak to middle eastern rep with broken English. Will never ever ever use this company again. Watch out!!! If there is any dispute they will only say “ there is nothing they can do”. This is Bull S**T. Please don’t use them!!! Read other reviews. They are happy to take your money but will not help you once they have it.

Bought tickets and the event was canceled do to covid. There policy clearly states that if a event is canceled because of covid a full refund will be issued. I’ve tried and tried in every way possible to contact them and resolve the issue and nothing. Save your money and time and go with a reputable company.

F*** your service charges and electronic transfer charges. Eat s*** and die.

I had a good experience is obtaining credit for an event. Romeo was most helpful. I'm 75 years old and I was most appreciative for his help

Recommend updating your website to allow users to purchase tickets using a credit code.

Your e-chat is not user friendly.

Your email is not monitored and therefore useless.

Absolutely abhorrent compensation / cancellation policy and non-existent customer service. If they did not have my money hostage, I would never use them again.

After paying 200 per ticket on 50.00 retail tickets the spot they marketed in Tully Tavern @ Fenway Park sucked.. I felt robbed and scammed because I thought it was the equivalent of ticketmaster..

Thank you for rectifying my credit code, I will definitely have a much better image of your company now.
