I wish I had done my research before buying tickets from this website. I hope I can save others not only from getting ripped off but from going through the embarrassment of getting your entry denied to an event you paid to go to. I bought tickets from Rebelution at Mandalay beach for September 3rd, 2021. This was a rescheduled event. The night of the event, after waiting in line for approximately an hour and a half, the tickets were reading for September 4th, 2021 (2nd show). The staff at the event scanned the tickets multiple times with the same outcome. We were asked to call customer service.

After about 40 minutes of waiting and finally getting someone on the phone, I was placed on hold for about 30 minutes to get “ I’m sorry, but you have to fill out a form, and we will start an investigation on why the tickets are reading for the wrong date,” my blood was boiling at the time, I was so annoyed I lost control and told the lady on the phone “how would you feel if you were on my situation and after paying for your tickets, waiting for an hour and a half at the venue you are told this.” My husband just advice me to relax and go back on the 4th as the tickets were reading for that date.

So.. we go through the same situation waiting in line for a long time to get out tickets were reading “Not valid.” The lady that scanned them was the same lady that did it the night before, and she recognized us! She was kind enough to let us in.
There was no follow-up from the tickets office, which upset me.

Please don’t get ripped off! Don’t buy tickets from this website!

Terrible customer service, very slow and non-responsive, avoid this network

Horrible customer service. They should not be allowed to do business.

Absolutely terrible to deal with. Spent almost two days trying to get tickets that I had purchased 2 years prior found. They have no idea what happened. They think they were sent to axs mobile but they have no record of the transaction. After being told the tickets would be on the app by the time the concert started I made the mistake of believing them and drove almost 4 hours to the venue. Surprise no tickets. Contacted them while waiting at the gate. Almost 2 hours after the concert started was told to bad sorry. Avoid at all costs. Not a legitimate business at all. FRAUD.

This was the worst ticket resale business I have ever used. The first issue I had was when they provided no details, e.g., row and seat numbers, for the tickets I purchased until months after I bought the tickets. Then, they provided no information regarding postponements of the event. It was impossible to get a refund even though the concert was postponed twice. I spoke with a representative about the issue and got no satisfaction whatsoever. And finally, in the worst example of how bad this company is, when I did finally go to the concert and got to the gate, I was told that my old tickets were no good. Luckily the box office re-printed new tickets for me. TicketOffices.com never told me the original tickets had to be re-issued. Imagine getting to the gate after two postponements and being told your tickets are no good! I will never use this company again.

I bought concert tickets last year for a concert and it got rescheduled for this year, I could not find my email to see the tickets so I emailed them and they resent my email with my tickets and confirmation number. Prompt service! I was nervous I had lost the tickets or they tried to refund them but I never saw it.

I have called 5 times for help. have been told so many different things about my tickets and nothing. NOTHING on my tickets. they still haven't arrived and they say wait. I paid $500 plus for them and the concert has been re scheduled for 2 years. Wait. It is up to the Seller they say. This company is a joke DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!! I'd use less than 1 star if possible!!!!!!

Your surcharges are ridiculously expensive!

We purchased tickets for Biuddy Guy and it was canceled due to Covid. Credit was given but we requested refund. Now we have to overpay for another show.

When Ted Nugent was canceled Ticket Offices would not refund our money. They have kept it as a credit for over a year and finally there is a concert we want to see and use our credit.

Easy peezy lemon squeezy

This company has not refunded me for a cancelled concert. I have texted, emailed and tried calling and can never get a hold of anyone. NEXT STEP CALL MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND FILE COMPLAINT.

My tickets were supposed to be delivered before the show. Now it is the day of, and no tickets. After contacting Tickets Office, their reply is “we will email you and let you know.”
So now after paying for these tickets months ago. We are still “hoping “ they arrive on time for the show.
What happens if they don’t arrive? Is a full refund expected? Why are there so many service fees if there is a problem getting the tickets , but now there is no one to speak with.

She was great , very helpful, I was worried about my refund from BTS concert cancellation, she made it easy and was able to get another venue, thank you so much. Keep up the great work.
