Bought tickets from TicketOffices and when I received the tickets, found that they were fake. TO refunded me after some back and forth, but they did the right thing!

There is a large variety of events on this website. I was surprised by the the high service fees.

The upcharges and fees are absurd. There is no reason why these tickets should be more than double the prices of the ACTUAL Broadway website. Ridiculous.

Pandemic Scam
Concert was cancelled and now I want my money back!! What kind of lowlife company keeps your hard earned money from a cancelled concert. Shame on you for exploiting innocent people during a pandemic!!! You could at least talk to people!!!

covid happened and these guys were the worst to deal with. will never ever use them again. phone lines always busy, cant get a live person to talk to. horrible customer service. bunch of morons. don't use them

Happy to report that we got our refund on Friday. Not sure who to thank as a number of organizations were involved. Went to our BMO Mastercard, Facebook and Trustpilot so thank-you.
Would give them a zero but that's not an option. DO NOT BOOK TICKETS WITH THIS ORGANIZATION!! No response calling them, emailing or using their "chat".
Concert was to be held in March 2020, rescheduled three times and now "postponed". We want our money back!!!!!! No response ever on their end!!

Not received tickets and not responding to emails. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THEM AS THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED AND CURRENTLY FOR ME ARE THIEVES SO IM LOOKING INTO LEGAL ACTION!!!!!!!!

$63 service charge? The tickets were already jacked up from original price and then another service charge which actually does nothing what so ever. That total BS!

Horrible customer service, we went on chat line, called and sent numerous emails with never a callback or response. If there were negative stars I would check them

Had a Baroness concert I was going to back in May 2020 however due to COVID it was canceled. They gave me 120% of the ticket cost back to me as a credit and am now utilizing it for another concert. I'm very happy about that.

Great selections of games and events to choose from and a very easy to navigate site

I am giving them two stars because we did reach a resolution with them. Our event was rescheduled four times with the last one being during the middle of the week. Being school teachers, we are not able to attend. The event is six hours from our home.
Here's where the problem began. They are IMPOSSIBLE to contact. Every number, live chat, email, etc. runs in circles with no response. My advice is to file a complaint through the BBB. They responded within one week, and we were given a full refund. Do your homework, and stay away from this company!
