WARNING—BUYER BEWARE: I purchased Premier Access tickets through TicketTree for the Sail4th 250 event on Governors Island. The promoter canceled access for Premier ticket holders, blaming the weather, yet VIP guests were still allowed into their viewing area. NBC also broadcast its coverage from the same area that had been reserved for Premier Access customers.

Despite canceling the experience we paid for, TicketTree refused to provide a refund. A ticket company should protect its customers when a promised event or viewing area is canceled. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing tickets through TicketTree.

Highly Recommend Ticket tree for theatre break packages . We’ve just had a wonderful time in London . Our package included train tickets , overnight stay at London Bridge Hotel ( which was excellent) and dress circle tickets for Les Mis ( fabulous seats)
We dealt with Phil at Ticket tree and the customer service was excellent. Phil responded to emails quickly and was also available to talk to on the phone if I needed to discuss anything. Due to unforeseen circumstances we unfortunately had to change our booking and Phil was able to sort this out with minimal fuss and compassion for our situation. I couldn’t fault the service of this wonderful company and I will be booking again .

Excellent package, good hotel, choice of good seats for The Lion King, and I was not kept hanging in a queue when I telephoned. Altogether a very satisfactory experience.

We have used TicketTree for several trips and stays in London and have always had good service.
This weekend we arrived at the hotel to find that there was an issue with our booking. It is at times like this that you really test a companies customer service and TicketTree was exceptional. The problem was corrected in minutes with excellent communications despite it being Sunday.
The show was also amazing.

I was looking for a company that could provide me with a package of theatre tickets and accommodation in London with an agent that I could trust. After Googling my requirements it appeared that Ticket Tree could offer the best solution even though at that stage I had never heard of them. I submitted my enquiry and received a timely response from Phil who provided me with a range of solutions and suggestions.
I cannot praise the company enough for the level of service they provided to me. Every request I made with regard to my preferred theatre seats were met in full as was the hotel arrangements - they also offered competitively priced return train tickets from my local station which I booked through them too.
My London mini break was a great success with two most enjoyable theatre visits with, in my view, nigh on perfect seats all at an extremely competitive price - in summary it was amazing.
Thank you Phil and team for your assistance and for providing the perfect product for me.
I would not hesitate to recommend the company to anyone and they will be my ‘go straight to’ company for any future trip I make.

I can honestly say they were so helpful and friendly! Total peace of mind from start to finish. I even got an email before we travelled to pre warn us about travel disruptions, road closures etc. I probably wouldn't book with anyone else in future.

First time using ticket tree and I would highly recommend them, I made a mistake by booking a hotel too far away and Phil sorted this for me with a much better choice that he recommended, quick responses and great customer service experience

Great weekend away in London booked through TicketTree. Best price for Tower hotel and great seats at Motown the Musical also at a good price. Really efficient service and no problems with hotel or show tickets. I would highly recommend TicketTree and would definitely use them again myself.

We cannot thank you enough for arranging the weekend for us to spend our 60th wedding anniversary with our children.
The hotel could not have been better, it was comfortable, the food very good and the staff were friendly, caring and efficient.
This was especially so with our wheel chair bound daughter in law.

We always use Ticketree for our annual theatre and sightseeing visit to London. Excellent value for money. Would highly recommend.

Great service at a great price!

We thoroughly enjoyed the show, The Tina Turner musical and would love to go again. Unfortunately, although I had requested end of aisle seats so as not to be hemmed in, we found we were next to a wall seats R1 and 2. I also overheard a lady in front of us saying she had requested end of aisle seats too. Although we were on the end of a row, we could not get out to the right because of the wall. I had asked Ticketree to allocate the best seats possible so we were very disappointed, although we could see fairly well. I nearly always book with Ticketree but may check other providers because of this problem.

When booking for anything in the entertainment world there is a fear it may go wrong. Not so TicketTree.

Amazing Experience.
We have been before and enjoyed the whole experience. So for my daughter's 18th I got a 2 day break with theatre tickets and a spa hotel. From start to finish it was excellent. The room to the breakfast and spa experience was amazing. Will definetly use next year and have recommended to friends. It's easy to book and tickets come through straight away.

Price using ticket tree worked out cheaper for a 3 night stay in London with a show as a surprise Christmas gift for my sister. Pleasant & efficient customer service going the extra mile to even secure us room upgrades for free. Took the hassle out of booking as hotel & show all booked on one website which was very user friendly. I would definitely recommend & will use again in the future.
