Awful quality of tile. The tile measurements were way off. The tile didn’t look anything like the picture on their website. I asked for a refund and to return and was told that they would waive the restocking fee and would only charge $6.11 for shipping labels. I have email screenshots of this. They ended up charging me $145 for shipping it back and was rudely told my their management that he didn’t care what they told me in the email and that they can charge whatever they want for shipping do to a policy on their website. Awful service, awful quality, scam of a company.

I bought 4 types of tile/lvt backed/lvt unbacked from Tile Bar. 3 of the 4 products were fine. I had a problem with the small mosaic tile with web backing. Once it hit water from the tile saw it fell apart. I called customer service and was told that "the team" would need to review it and they would call me the next day. I filled out a customer service experience survey and still nothing. Eveything was fine until it wasn't. Problems don't just go away.

I needed tile for our backsplash that I ordered 4 yrs. ago. I called you found the order & had the tile. Shipped it the next day. The lady I spoke with was so kind & had no issues looking up old order or checking stock.

I ordered tile, grout and trim for the edges for a kitchen backsplash. Kasia was wonderful to work with and very helpful. The tile came so well packed and everything was in good condition. Very happy with everything and if I ever do something like this again I will definitely look at TileBar first.

My order of tile was delivered with one box that had been dropped and shattered by the delivery carrier. I made a challenging request to Tilebar to have replacements in my hand for install two days later, and they met the challenge! Tile was successfully installed and looks beautiful!

Beautiful products! Ordering is simple. The website calculators are helpful, and getting the samples couldn't be easier. Everything arrived well packed and there doesn't appear to be any breakage. I won't know for sure until the project is completed later in the summer, but it was all on a pallet and neatly stacked. This is my second project using TileBar and the first experience was so good, I didn't even look elsewhere.

My order arrived as anticipated with all of the tiles intact

We were missing two boxes of tiles from our order and Tile Bar expeditated the missing tiles to our home. It took 5 days and was able to get our project done within a reasonable time that worked for our tiler.

Initially, I felt like it was going to be a gamble to buy something like tile online. Ultimately, the decision paid off! I ordered at least 20 samples before we found the perfect tile. It was also one of the more expensive 24 x 48 specialty tiles, but after reading all the great reviews, we moved forward with it. During the order process, they make sure you know the expectations of where they are able to deliver and whether or not you'll need to be present to accept the delivery. After ordering, it's very convenient to contact customer service and ask questions. Our tile was delivered on a pallet and fortunately we have a tractor with forks. The large, delicate, expensive tiles were packed meticulously and arrived in perfect condition. The tile, as well as the ordering and customer service experiences, exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend TileBar.

I was very nervous about shipping the tiles 1200 miles, but they arrived within one week, carefully packed and just as beautiful as we had hoped.

Tile was shipped and delivered fast. Shipping company damaged a fre tiles and Tile bar expedited the replacement tiles immediately. Great customer service.

Tile bar has an amazing collection of tiles to choose from. We ordered the samples, found the perfect one and our order arrived very quickly. The contractor commented on the quality and ease of installation. So happy with it all.

The tiles were sent the wrong address. I had to email the company for them to resend the tile twice for two orders and when they arrived, a number of them were broken, but I wasn’t about to deal with them sending them to the wrong location for a third time the product is nice, but the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing

I ordered backsplash tiles for my kitchen through Tile Bar after receiving several different samples. The tiles were the perfect color. They even replaced a box of tiles that arrived damaged. My only negative was the high shipping cost.

I’ve recently received nice samples but needed a few more to make a decision on my kitchen backsplash . Unfortunately the wrong tiles were shipped to me so I spoke to someone else who was very rude and did not actually send me the correct tiles I needed . The tiles were $34.99 a square foot . I asked if she could send me 4 because the previous customer service agent said she could but she sent me the wrong ones . The girl I last spoke with was rude and snarky and never sent me the tiles so I ordered them from somewhere else .
