Time for Paws Reviews 

Unfortunately I won't use this company again. The items arrived very late and stuff was missing. Contact the costumer services several times but had no reply. The savings are not worth it if you have missing items...

Incomplete order and took ages to arrive.
Only arrived after I chased with Yodel and an email to the company that they have never responded to.
Full payment taken for the order but items not included. Nothing to say the rest is on the way or that I will be partially refunded. All in all a bad experience.

Would never use this company again, placed order on 25th September still have no idea when I will receive it!!
Emailed numerous times did get ONE reply saying order delayed😡 I asked for an idea of when l’ll receive my order they didn’t even reply.

Placed my order for 3 bags of dog food on 25th September, got a message on the 26th to say order is on its way, order never turned up, the I got a message to say will be delivered between 1 - 3 rd October !!!!!!! I couldn't wait that long so had to purchase some more, finally arrived 2nd October, but far too slow a delivery, so I will not be using you again, especially when it has cost me twice as much as it should have done, the order placed with other company came the next day and free delivery too.
Think you need to take a leaf from other more efficient companies.
The only positive I have is that it was very well packaged, no plastic used.

My delivery was late to dispatch and then yodel managed to loose my items then they said they delivered and yet there's no photo or GPS. The paw crowd treated me like sh+t wanting me to sign some dumb waiver form. No went to my bank and requested charge back. Don't use this company or any of their various subsidiaries.

I ordered few things for my cat and then went on Trustpilot to read reviews about Time for Paws company and panicked. So many bad reviews that I decided to write to their Customer Service to make sure they will send me what I ordered. They answered promptly and sent the items within time frame stated on their website. I received everything like it should be, no outdated items so now I am happy to leave 5 star review and advise people to not be alarmed by bad reviews so much. In fact, I checked other companies reviews, many High Street shops, banks, social medias have now 1-2 stars because people like to complain so much these days instead of trying to be happy in their life.

Great prices and excellent customer service.

Read the negative reviews and believe them - these scum take payment in the full knowledge that they have no stock of what you are buying - you will get a message from the courier telling you that your items are ready to be collected and that's where they stay.AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

What a terrible seller/shop.
I’m simply ordered 9 packs of one type of treats and got wtong treats delivered. Then I had to prove it was wrong sending photos of what was in paperwork and what I actually was sent. Then they ask to pack it and they arrange a yodel collection. No mention to me how/when I will be sent the correct order. After they collected my return I find out that they resent the correct items and yodel claim they delivered. Rubbish!!! I was at home handing my return to the courier and got nothing to replace it! No they ask me to look for the parcel around my house and neighbours. Ridiculous. Give me my money back, you thieves. Yodel have no signature from anyone here so as far Adam I’m concerned Time for Paws did not fulfil their order and are trying to rip me off. I will raise a dispute through my credit card.

PLEASE ADVOID AT ALL COSTS
I've used this company before and always been pretty good. This experience has put me off and will never buy from them again. Ordered 2 weeks ago and contacted them to ask why its passed its delivery timeframe and all I got was warehouse was delayed and would be delivered next day, nothing was sent and they just refunded my order, no apologises on the delays, nothing. Bearing in mind I told them I just came out of hospital and couldn't get a replacement as recovering, they didn't seem to care. Awful company, Awful customer service and extremely rude. BUY ELSEWHERE CAUSE YOUR NOT LIKELY TO GET YOUR ORDER....

Ordered goods but nothing delivered. Was advised order for one item had been dispatched but yodel still have not received it. emailed and called but no response. The contact number has been called between the allotted times but it either doesn't ring at all or will ring out for ages I've been on the phone with it ringing for 30 mins and still no answer. The company is called Havelins Pet care Ltd trading as Tine for Paws

Great price for my dogs favourite treats, well packaged and great customer service when I checked on when my delivery would be made. Not sure why there are any bad reviews as they’ve been amazing for me! 5 stars all the way! Thank you I will be ordering from you again soon

Didn't check the reviews until after I had ordered...so have been panicking! But no need.

Good price but not silly cheap. Delivery estimate on check out was given as 02 to 04 September, which is slightly longer than some places but I was aware. And prepared to wait for the price. Got email confirmations. Courier confirmation last week and just taken delivery on 02 Sep.

So can't fault them. And would use again.

Said they had stock. Offered a delivery timeframe that worked for us (my dogs have to eat). Confirmation email gave a later delivery date (that does not work for us - we would have ordered elsewhere). Further email gave Yodel number so then we think delivery is on its way. Original planned delivery date past. Courier confirms no parcel from sender. Don not try calling.... they do not answer. Kicking myself for not checking Trust Pilot first. Requested refund c/o PayPal.

I ordered on the Wednesday morning my dogs food arrive the next day .
Super efficient service and also a really good price that included free postage

Ordered on 9 August, received 23rd. Along with an email advising part off the order refunded.

I was sent 3 bags of date Pointers burgers biscuits. One was dated December 2023, the other 2 were dated Feb 2024. I wonder how many others have been sent out of date products. They did refund me with an apology but that is not the point. I do not make orders for the product to be out of date.

Absolutely appalling company ordered spikes hedgehog food got brambles I ordered spikes for a reason the hedgehogs in my area won’t touch brambles
They don’t respond to any message’s you send just ignore you
AVOID this crock of a company

Do not touch with the longest barge pole you can find! Ordered on a Thursday, expecting delivery on Monday, Tuesday at latest. After ordering expected delivery date was Wednesday or Thursday. Never got a update, no tracking, no response to my email untill I put a PayPal complaint in and emailed them that if they didn't respond I would be contacting my bank. Absolutely awful service

Ordered a few times from time for paws. The prices are so good, yes delivery takes a while but just plan it in. I wait until I have 2 weeks of food left and re-order. I have found that it generally takes 7-10 days to be delivered. Don’t understand all the negativity, for the prices it’s worth a slower delivery. Don’t ruin it for us who like the prices!!
