I have never left a bad review before…
I have never left a bad review before but I have had no response from anyone about not receiving my order. DPD seems to have lost the parcel and have told me to contact the supplier but there is no working telephone number and I have had no response from the email that your directed to havelinspetcare.co.uk. My animals were out of food...so I ordered from PetShop.co.uk and they sent it the next day with DHL. DON'T USE TIME FOR PAWS, I'm not sure if they exist and DPD is a shambles.

Diabolical service, haven’t received my order, the order hasn’t even been dispatched although should arrived 5 days ago, no response to e-mails, complete lack of communication
Order not received and can't get any response.
I placed an order on 12th March and still haven't received it. I have sent 4 emails and have had no response to any. Don't know what to make of this Company. This was the first time I've used them
15kg bags of cat litter
I ordered 2 15kg bags of cat litter. I was nervous about ordering from this company as I read the previous reviews. But since I pay with PayPal, I know that I’m covered for a refund. I emailed them. They emailed me straight back. And my delivery came four days later via DPD. I would definitely use this company again.
Do not use this company
Do not use this company. I ordered a large bag of dog food which initially did not arrive. I sent several emails which were ignored. It finally arrived a couple of weeks later, but it was not the food I ordered. I emailed again saying I had received the wrong food but did not receive any apology. Terrible company.

I had an amazing surprise today, having received my order in perfect condition packed in a very nice carton. This has given me some reassurance that they may be under new management and are putting matters in order. After my first experience 2 years ago, when I never received my order nor a refund, I can now give 5 stars for resolving this matter. Thank you very much Time for Paws. Keep up the good work!
Do not order from this company
Ordered 2 x 15kg bags of dog food, delivery arrived and when I returned from work and opened the brown packing boxes that the order was packed in there was only 1 bag of dog food, the other was 20kg bag of sunflower seeds, the outer bag (paper) of which had a small hole in the bag, (no damage to outer box, so clearly happened at time of packing). Contacted the company (same afternoon as delivery)as soon as I had opened the outer brown boxes, via email to inform of incorrect item and included photos as per their terms and conditions for errors or returns. 4 emails later to 2 different email address (1 of which bounced back as failed to deliver)and numerous attempts at contacting by phone, 1 number on their websites does not even connect and the other asks you to leave a mail box number but has no recording facility. I have contacted my bank in the hope they can assist with refund for my unfulfilled part of the order. I actually don’t think this company really exists. Don’t waste your money by ordering anything from this company.
Damaged two 15 kg bags with what looks…
Damaged two 15 kg bags with what looks like pencil sized puncture holes in both bags, roughly six holes per bag. Resulting in contaminated food.
Have emailed the company twice with no reply from them.
Have tried telephone contact but number doesn’t work.
Their contact details are not correct and unable to contact anyone from the company.
I am still awaiting a response from my emails to them.
Would certainly not recommend.
Worst Service!!!
This company used to be great. Deliveries on time and great pricing. Now days is the worst. Deliveries now take 3-4 weeks and most of the time , the orders are not complete!!
The customer service is nonexistent. I am chasing them to either refund me, or send me the missing items for the past 3.5months!!! At the end, i had to complaint to my bank and get a refund . NEVER AGAIN.
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY
I have been a loyal customer of this company for quite a long time. I placed my order on 1st October and it was confirmed by email that it would arrive between 8-10th October. On 2nd October it was confirmed by email that my order had been shipped. By the 9th there was no sign of it and I emailed the company as the tracking feature said the item has not left the supplier. I received no reply and chased it again on the 10th. I received a short reply barely apologizing and saying they couldn't dispatch another bag of dog food until Monday... I wrote a reply expressing my huge disappointment (we had completely run out of dog food by Friday teatime) and said I wanted a refund. I received an email that just said 'order refunded'. This company obviously doesn't give a damn about it's reputation or trying to retain customers.. The dog food we usually buy from them is only available online. I had to do a 30 minute round trip drive to pick up some more dog food and couldn't gradually introduce a new dog food as we'd completely run out. I will NEVER use this company again and would give no stars if it was an option.
Absolutely disgusting company
Absolutely disgusting company. No food delivered, no way of contacting them and no way of getting a refund!! I now have to spend more money on already expensive kibble. What a rip off company!

Only gave them one star so that I could write in here. They don’t deserve one star. Apauling service. Never reply to emails. Three weeks and still no delivery of Chappie food which was very important for my diabetic dog

What a joke of a company! Paid in full over 10 days ago and still nothing. Emailed twice, completely ignored. No phone contact available. No delay in taking your money though.
Avoid these clowns and use a decent supplier!!!!
Blimey Customer services responded to my email.
I ordered 1 bag of Chudleys Classic and 2 bags of Eukanuba Caring Senior Large Breed Fresh Chicken 12kg. The Chudleys was delivered a few days later but no Eukanuba. Emailed their customer services and NO response. Called them on 01707 927827 and it says press one for Time for Paws and you get a pause a great big no answer pause. Apparently my other goods are on the way.

BEWARE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, ordered dog food, sent two emails asking were it was, no replies, never going to receive it going by the numerous number of complaints on here & no refund. I just don’t understand why trading standards or some government body do not shut this company down.

Another dissatisfied customer. Having purchased 3 cartons of 12 trays of naturo dog food on opening the second carton the smell from it was enough to knock you out I found 2 trays not properly sealed and it contents leaked on the rest of the cartons. The phone number given does not contact you to a living person and having email the customer care service no one bothered to reply. Another company that does not care about its customer will take my money somewhere else. Ps tesco sell the butchers dog food cheaper.
