Have apologised for order being late but now 2 weeks and has not left them i would ask bank to get money back but this will take time and work £62 order am worried i will not receive it.A viovet order placed 2 day's ago and has arrived sometimes it pays to pay more and receive a service chase a price and get crap and complain but it's our fault for trying to save. Update on order changed from 1 star to 4 star order turned up today well packed good date and was cheap the worst delivery I've had on dog food I think I will order again but only if I have 3 week's to wait.

I know there's been a lot of negativity towards this company , and tell you the truth, i hadn't read any reviews before I bought our dogs food from here.
I ordered 3 Cases of Country hunter x12 . Our dog has allergies to certain foods , so this pack advertised contained all the foods he could eat , ordered it , had a yodel message saying will be shipped as soon as left depot .
A week later , yodel still saying , still at depot . Gave them an email, they replied straight away , saying they'll get onto the warehouse , to ship !
Following day it arrived , but to our dismay , it contained a flavour that our dog was allergic too, not the one advertised , so that's 9 Cans of food wasted , as 3 cans per pack .
Emailed them , explaining the situation , apologised saying they've taken the advert down , and will refund me 1 full case of £24 within 7 days ! True to their word , the refund has been recieved .
So yes a hiccup , that is easily done , but they've rectified it and true to their word reinbursed my money .
So definitely worth another go for me . Great communication, quick response and dealt with professionally . ☆☆☆☆☆

This is the fifth time I have ordered a couple of months supply of dog food, every time I have been given a delivery date, every time it gets delivered before the given date, brilliant company, very good prices, definitely will be ordering again.

This is our second time ordering from here and our delivery was 5 days earlier than promised which is amazing thank you,we will be back to take advantage of your amazing prices and offers.

I still haven't received an order for dog food placed on 29th January. Order tracking says still with sender. I too like other reviewers wish I looked on here first. Will have to take this up with my card company as no one replies to emails or phone calls.

Awful experience. Do not buy goods from this company. No customer service. No way of direct contact. I’ve had to claim against them with credit card protection.

There is also something very questionable regarding the company when you look into the director on companies house and other associations that claim to have no contact with the individual anymore.

Do not buy goods from them.

This is the third time using this company my experience is one of items ordered delivered on time and in perfect order.
Personally find the negative reviews somewhat hard to understand

Would prefer to give a zero rating. Ordered once and received my order, then made a larger order I was depending on. It never arrived. They didn’t respond to any emails. Had to go through bank to be refunded. I don’t know how this company have the cheek to stay open and keep taking peoples money.

Ordered a box of 18 milk for dogs, x 1 had burst and gone off ( looked like been stood on!). All the milk expired 10 days before I recieved them.
Fully recommend NEVER use this company, no reply to email and no refund !!!!!!!

Wish I’d read the reviews. Ordered Cats Best litter. Notification it would be delivered. Then notified that it was being returned to the sender ‘Fullers’. Two emails later and I have no idea where it is, no refund so far. Avoid!

Wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered £135 worth of dog food. (18th Jan) Dogs would have starved to death if I were relying on this Company.

Not until I opened a case with Paypal (28th Jan) did they even bother to pretend to ship PART of my order. I say 'pretend' because the status on Yodel the next day stated 'with sender', meaning it hasn't even left thier facility.

Like others have stated, it looks like this company has serious issues with supplies and therefore can't ship anything.

Terrible company. My order never arrived. Ignored all my emails, can’t get through on the phone so I eventually got refunded through my credit card company. Save yourself the aggravation and shop elsewhere.

Item ordered in 11 Jan 2025, received on 27 Jan 2025. I read trustpilot reviews after a week or so and thought I'd done a duff purchase, but took heart from a just wait a bit longer comment, so I did. I didn't contact the company at all. A shipping prompt appeared via the Shop app a couple of working days before parcel received. Not too prompt with delivery, but now I know that, I can live with the good price point.

Great price dog food. Delivered quickly and no issues. Was nervous given the reviews on here, but a 5* experience for us.

I had read the previous reviews for this company and decided to proceed with caution (paid on my credit card). Order placed 15th Jan for some dry cat food and treats, estimated delivery was given (after order placed) as Wednesday 22nd - Friday 24th. Full delivery of all of my items arrived Wednesday 22nd. I was tempted by the great prices and did wonder if this is because the BBE dates were short, but the items I have received all have over a year on the dates.
Overall a very good experience and would buy from them again.

OMG I wish I had read the reviews on here first before using this company. NEVER AGAIN. 3 emails no answer. Ordered and never received £40 of dog food - dont touch this company with a barge pole.

Order placed on 28 Dec with a delivery estimated for 6 Jan. Still not received.
Now 18 Jan I’ve had no delivery and no responses to my 4 emails asking for deliver or refund.
Absolute con - don’t use them!

If I could give this company a minus I would. People please stay away from this company. They are ripping people off.

I bought in bulk some dog food spent over £90 and I need to exchange it or a refund. I emailed the so called customer service team straight away to inform them I need to arrange a return. The food is out of date and my dog won't eat it.

Nearly 2 weeks in and still no response. I've emailed them 3 times now and still no response.

Also I've looked for a phone number, when I rang it just rang out for over 10 minutes. What a waste of space this company is. Not being funny no way can they have so many genine reviews.
