Titanium Strength 

Ordered a manual curve treadmill from Titanium Strength in December. The Unit arrived ahead of schedule and performs great. Well built equipment and we are happy with it. Customer Service was pretty awesome. Had some issues initially processing the payment via the website. The gentleman handling the issue was very attentive and worked with me to get it resolved. He also was great at communicating with me regarding shipping and lead times. Overall A++ ratings from us. We're happy with it.

We ordered the 5-65lb weight set with a rack, and love the product! They arrived really close to the “estimated ship date” and are great quality. The rack was very easy to set up, and it’s the best addition to our home gym.

I purchased from titanium strength and couldn’t be happier. The equipment is awesome and durable. Me and my wife use it in a daily basis and it has held up to all the vigorous training we throw at it. Their customer service was easy to deal with and we’re always willing to help during the shipment. Been waiting 5.5 months. Shipping was delayed several weeks, then I found out it was delivered to Barcelona. Never had a call from customer service and had to keep calling them for updates.
Finally found out that it would then have to be sent to UK, to the UK installer. 1 month later (2 week delay again), it was finally delivered to the installer. Chased the installer for an install date only to be told that they are no longer working with Titantium Strength. Spoke to Titanium Strength, cancelled my install and ask them to just deliver it. They were arranging for Arrow XL to collect from the installer and deliver to me. Several weeks later and I finally get the delivery date from Arrow. On delivery day I find out that the delivery has been cancelled. I called Titanium as of course they did not call me. They told me to speak to Arrow, which I did and Arrow told me that the retailer had cancelled it. I spoke with Titanium again, who said they would find out what was going on. Several hours later and no update, so I called them again only to be told that Arrow cancelled deliveries as they were not aware that the weight of the several packages was over 200kg. Once again Titanium told me that I would have to wait until they find out a delivery. WILL I EVER RECEIVE MY ORDER!!!. One excuse after another and still no one can give me a date for my order to arrive. You have had my money for 5.5 months Titanium Strength. I'm not holding my breath. Absolutely terrible service. I'm sure you've had a lot of complaints from unhappy customers but if you are going to offer these in the UK, then get the delivery procedures in place beforehand! How are you still in business.

Great customer service with their Rep Marshal. The multi gym I ordered is commercial gym quality and allows me to do everything I used to do at the. Gym at home. Some assistance was needed for assembly but Marshal was there every step of the way. Great company.

Solid equipment and excellent customer service, after purchasing an weight rack that was backordered I was upgraded at no cost and even though the order took a month to receive it was worth the wait. Would definitely recommend

I ordered one of the pully machines. The equipment is very good, but after I placed the order, it took almost a month before I received the equipment, and I had to send several emails to get someone to give me feedback on the shipment. It was pretty stressful, but the equipment is very good and I am rating it a four star solely on the equipment and not the order service.

The bench I ordered feels sturdy and good quality. The one negative thing I have to say is that the assembly process was pretty painful. The nuts and bolts were not labeled so it took a long process of elimination to figure out where they all go.

I have been researching for the best value for a Curved Manual Treadmill. The Titanium Treadmill has proven to be a durable, commercial strength treadmill. The treadmill is smooth, allowing for a nice run with excellent cushioning. Mr. Maddon was very personable and worked with me in getting an agreeable price. I am looking forward to many years on my Titanium Strength treadmill.

Titanium Strength is the BEST! I really did a ton of research before picking Titanium and my research paid off. This company is Top-Notch in all aspects. I worked with Mr. Madden during the pandemic to get my son quality equipment for our home gym. He was professional, knowledgeable and really nice! He kept me posted on the delivery & always responded to any questions (even on Sunday evenings). The quality of the equipment was even better than my son & I expected. This is something my son uses everyday and will keep for years to come. I highly recommend this company--they are top notch in service and quality!

I purchased the Evolution Deluxe Smith Machine and Rack, along with the Lat Pulldown attachment, Dip Station, T-bar (landmine) accessory and eventually the Heavy duty Utility Bench. I've had it for about two months and I'm loving everything in my new garage gym. I have so many options now, I never get bored with the same movements. I searched other companies, but Titanium Strength had the best prices. In the beginning shipping for the Smith machine was delayed a week or two, but this was expected due to the pandemic. (Other companies shipping delays were at 60-90 days+). However, Titanium Strength's customer service communications were excellent and they kept me up to date on my delivery. Also, I wound up ordering the wrong line on the Dip Station and once again TS's customer service stepped up and handled the exchange with ease. I think I have everything I need at this point, but would definitely purchase from Titanium Strength again.

I recently purchased the B100 system. After searching online for a while to replace my current garage gym setup that I’ve had for over a decade, I discovered Titanium Strength. Their system was almost half the price of comparable systems online so I decided to give them a shot. Delivery took less than a week and I was pleasantly surprised by what I purchased when it was delivered. Assembly wasn’t difficult, although the enclosed instructions could’ve been better. Also, they have updated someone of the assembly hardware and have neglected to update the instructions which lead to a little confusion. Additionally, there was an issue with the smith machine bar due to improper assembly at the manufacturing plant, but their customer service representative was more than helpful solving the issue and re-shipping me a replacement. Overall, I’m extremely pleased with system after having it for a month and I believe it’s a fantastic value.

Advertises that it comes with a number of attachments which is what you would expect to get with the price. Reality is you get less than 50% of what is advertised, and what you do get is of sub par quality. I wouldn't recommend this.

I like the products. Semi-pro quality for a reasonable price.

I have ordered a half-rack with some plates and an adjustable bench. I am very satisfied and for sure Titanium Strength is now my first stop when I need some gym equipment.

I purchased the B100 functional trainer and the heavy duty adjustable bench. It took a few months for delivery but that was related to the COVID-19 shipping delays. So please be patient. The company is legit and they work hard to get you the best quality equipment as soon as possible. Marshall Madden was the representative that I worked with when I ordered my equipment. His customer service was excellent considering the many hurdles he had to overcome. Yet he still provided me with constant up-to-date information regarding the delivery of my equipment.

Once the equipment arrived, I was very happy with the quality of the equipment. From the pulley system, to the smith machine, everything operates smoothly and gives you the same quality workout at home as you would at a professional gym. The bench is strong and sturdy and allows you to do many different types of exercises.

Putting the equipment together took be about six hours but it wasn't complicated. The instructions were a little outdated but Marshall provided me with updated emails with the proper instructions.

This equipment is worth the wait and I am very satisfied with the customer service along with the quality of the equipment.

I have just received a Titanium strength air bike. The experience from start to finish was great. There was a one week delay than originally stated, but that was due to Brexit. Lets face it the bike itself is coming from Spain to the Uk, so in my eyes this is nothing at all. The customer service team where great & i got through every time, no language barrier what so ever. I especially thought Judith was fantastic & i found her so helpful.

The bike itself is very high quality & it looks Amazing. Really sturdy when in use & a killer workout. So simple & easy to put together. My 4 year old daughter even helped 😂 it took me 45mins using there tools, which are more than good enough to do the job.

I was abit reluctant to purchase the bike, after reading a few bad reviews, but i can’t fault my experience. I would have no problems recommend these guys 10/10 A star company for me.

I have recently taken delivery of a Titanium Strength Air Bike. From order to delivery was exactly 4 weeks, which given it came from Barcelona to London a month after Brexit changed everything I was more than happy with.

Great customer services on the two occasions i have contacted them. I was worried about import charges, so emailed with a query and received a call back the same day assuring me that the charges were all part of the price and taken care of my them at customs. The shipping notification arrived and allowed me to book in a convenient day for delivery, great service.

The bike itself is fantastic, i'm really pleased with the build quality so far, its very sturdy and the resistance is incredible. Absolutely brutal work out 😂

Putting it together was a simple one person job, took me an hour or so with very clear instructions. Could probably take less time with proper tools, but i just used the Allen keys and spanners provided which were fine and did the job.

All in all, I'm very pleased and would definitely purchase more equipment from Titanium Strength

Hands down, worst company I've ever dealt with. Ordered £2.5k worth of items on the 9th of December, it's now the 16th of Feb and I have still not received any of my items. I only just received tracking info last week and after being told numerous times that my order was in the UK and just stuck at the border, the tracking stats it only left Barcelona 5 days ago and is currently in Germany.

The customer service is an absolute shambles, whenever you call through, you get through to the head office in Barcelona and no one knows what they're talking about or where your order is half the time. On several occasions now, I've asked for a call back or been told someone will call me back with an update but I have never received any phone call or communication from them. I'm constantly phoning them every week for an update and yet, I have no clear idea when my goods will be delivered or when I'll receive them.

I've tried to raise a complaint but they don't care. They have no interest in providing good service whatsoever. We'll see if I ever receive my order but I would strongly recommend not ordering from this company and order from somewhere in the UK.

UPDATE: Our order finally arrived on the 22nd of Feb. Overall, the products seem to be good condition and you can get a good workout from them. They were an absolute nightmare to build but the wait was worth it. Still not changing my star rating due to the company being an absolute shambles.
