Titanium Strength 

Here is my review of Titanium Strength of the company and their product line.

I pre-ordered my leg press on October 30, 2020 and was told by the rep that I would receive it before Thanksgiving day between November 11th to the 20th, 2020. My leg press did not ship out on Feb 5th and arrive until just now Feb 11th 2021.

I pre-ordered their leg press primarily because they were offering a much cheaper price compared to other leg press manufacturers, for comparable or similar high-quality product.

However, the amount of time it took for my leg press to finally ship and arrive was a very annoying and an unprofessional process because I was told on several different occasions that my leg press would arrive on a certain date, the date arrived and there were more delays for whatever reason, they blamed it on COVID-19 and lack of shipping containers from China where the leg press was originally manufactured. Have they said from the get-go that there would be a three month + delay, my expectations would not have been disappointed as it is now because of the multiple promises broken. As a company they really need to improve their shipping reliability process.

I will say that my contact rep was professional and responsive to all my inquiries by email and phone, he sounds like an overall nice guy. I certainly don’t blame the rep for the delays, I feel like his hands were tied by other factors outside of his control.

Finally the leg press came I just built it up this past Saturday, February 13th, and I am very impressed by the high-level quality, structure, and ease of use for the leg press in working out my thighs, hamstrings and calves! Despite the long wait, their leg press is very impressive and enjoyable to use! If I was a give this company a rating I would give them 2.5 out of 5 stars, they are good customer service for me but they really need to improve their shipping reliability and promise to customers when the product is supposed to arrive and commit to that.

I suspect Titanium Strength is a new company because my order number ending in 3 digits, not like I was a customer in the hundreds or thousands. They came through finally and I’m happy about that. Do proceed with caution because they are experiencing a lot of delays for their gym machinery and I think other peoples’ reviews attest to this fact.

As a private user looking to make a significant on-off investment I felt others in a similar position should be aware of the risks when making a similar purchase as it would certainly of influenced my decision.

I purchased a B200 all in one trainer and rack (over £2k purchase). The TS website stated it was available from 23/11. Shortly after purchase I had a call from a lady to confirm this. Come mid-November I'd heard nothing so when following up it became apparent this was not the date it's available to the customer, actually the earliest date TS could get the stock. Regardless, this was delayed further due to Covid so the date wasn't accurate but of course Covd delays were understandable. Just don't be fooled by the website stating "we work non stop and continue to offer delivery times of 8-12 days".

We eventually received the delivery on 20/12, however it included all of the individual items (for a power lifting rack and multi gym, there were many, many parts!) - however no instructions on how to build it!! Nothing online to download. Gutted.

I am also missing an ankle strap and no free weights included despite these being pictured throughout and the website only stating that the bench was not included.

To give an example of the customer service and speed of response, it took until 30/12 (10 days) for a reply with the pdf instructions to build it.

The equipment itself is a good quality and alone would get 4 stars. But if you are considering a purchase please ensure you consider the risks above.

There was some problems about the delivery. But under the current circumstances, it was totally understandable and the staff were very helpful. I am happy with the service. Importantly, the quality of the rower product is great! Thanks.

Had a great experience with the customer service, very responsive and friendly on phone to keep me updated on whereabouts of my kit during lockdown. Understandably, delays happened out of the control of the company. If I had chosen not to wait on the kit I would have been given a full refund. The kit itself is brilliant to train with and feels like training in a commercial gym. I have a leg curl/leg extension, smith machine and a heavy duty bench. Thanks for such a reliable service. Can recommend 10/10

Pre-ordered a pulley weight system. Once it should have been available to be delivered, I had NO contact. Had to chase, and chase, and chase. Finally arrived 4 weeks late to have missing and damaged parts. This took ANOTHER 4+ weeks to tentatively resolve.
Customer services gave endless excuses and empty promises of action.
STILL waiting for replacement parts (another 6 weeks they claim!)....I had to threaten making a credit card claim against them to get them to take action.
We ordered beginning of August. Not expected to have our item until mid November at the earliest 🤯🤯🤯
Horrific experience and customer service. AVOID.

The rack is excellent quality and fantastic value. Only didn’t get five stars as there was around a five week delay from original due date. However, Borja would always reply and keep me updated when asked.
Was completely worth the wait, quality is excellent and was easy to assemble.

Very good equipment and very good service from Borja, would get the 5 only my box was badly damaged in transit causing some scratches to the rack.

Borja was great. Kept me updated and was very patient with my constant emails checking on my bench. It took longer that anticipated due to covid and shipping but I am super happy with my adjustable bench. Really sturdy and easy to assemble. Thanks to all the team at titanium strength.

I bought the titanium strength duel pulley smith rack back in Late June when the uk lock down was in full effect. With the rest of the world in the same predicament although being annoyed that I didn’t have it to use excepted the fact that it would be a while until it was available to be delivered (coming from Spain). The company already having taken the money did make me think ohh no this could be fraud having read other reviews but constantly keeping up to date with Borja through email I decided to stick with the company instead of trying to get a refund. It finally came a few Weeks ago and I must say I’m so glad I waited it’s a brilliant piece of kit, so well made and easy to assemble. Everything was there, no missing pieces which was another of my worries and the instructions were clear and in English. I waited a while before writing a review as I wanted to make sure the rack or pulleys wouldn’t fall to bits after a few uses but I can tell it’s so well made it will last years!

I’ll use them again in future I just hope the wait won’t be as long once the pandemic is over.

(Also note I went with this because I needed head room for my standard 2.4m ceiling height to use the pull up bars, also a 6 foot olympic bar works between the j hooks. Hope this helps anyone looking to buy the same piece)

I placed an order back in June but due to the delivery times on their website being false the wait eventually turned out to be three months rather than the stated three weeks.
I am still waiting for my money, which they have had since June, to be refunded. It will be three weeks tomorrow since it was suposedly'processed' but still no sign of it.
Save yourself a headache and a web of lies and excuses and avoid.

We purchased an air bike from Titanium Strength. We are really pleased with the quality of the product. We were previously renting an Assault Airbike and decided to buy our own, we hunted around but kept coming back to the titanium one. Really glad we decided to go for that one. It was delivered on time with great communication from Borja at TS. Super easy to put together, loved how all the bolts were already placed in the right holes, made it super simple to build. The bike is sturdy, excellent quality, and it looks great, I really like the white accents. Now we know what great products Titanium Strength produce we have our eye on the rower/skierg....

I ordered my Airbike from the Titanium Strength website back in April and it arrived 7 weeks later. I would really like to send a huge Thank you to Borja for looking after me replying to my weekly emails asking for updates on my order.
I started to look for an Airbike about 2 weeks before I actually made the purchase. I kept coming back to the Titanium Strength Website, and then telephoned to find out if there was a weight limit on the Airbike. I was reassured as it was made of Titanium there was no weight limit. I then looked at the spec of the bike and exitedley took the plunge and bought it!!
I have had an Airbike before, and had worn it out. It was a Vitamaster which now cannot be bought so I know how good the Airbike is having previously had one.
When my husband was putting it together, he loved how the nuts and bolts were all in situ and how easy the instructions were to follow when he was building the Airbike. He only swore once, and that was when his glasses fell off his head! 😅
I love how the bike is ergonomically balanced, it is so smooth to use and in comparison to my old Airbike is relatively quiet. I have only been using it for a week, but really do feel so much better already. I know I will get fit using this Airbike and would like to say to anyone thinking about purchasing one..... Just do it!!!

I ordered a bench a couple of months ago on pre-order at a good price. The bench arrived within the timeframe and looked exactly like it did in the picture.i had really good communication with the team whilst I was waiting on delivery. The bench Is solid and was easy to build! Can’t wait to start using now! If I do need any fitness equipment again, I would use titanium strength!

We have had an excellent service from the Fitness Inn UK and it's sister company Titanium Strength UK. Like so many other people at the start of the Covid 19 crisis, we were trying to buy home gym equipment. We contacted Titanium Strength via their web chat and spoke with Peter C. He was the only fitness company who either answered their phone or responded via web chat! He was honest and said they were trying to keep up with orders and would know more about stock levels the following day once they had caught up with the orders. The following day I spoke with Tom at Fitness Inn who rang me when I left my phone number on the web chat. He said he had spoken to Peter about us. Tom was fantastic! He checked stock levels for us and was very patient whilst we decided what to order. We ordered an air bike that was in stock and true to his word, the bike was delivered via courier when he said it would be. There was a slight change to the bike we originally ordered and Tom offered us a partial refund which has been processed and paid into my account. We also ordered a set of dumbbells knowing there would be a delay before they would come into stock. Tom kept us updated by email and went above and beyond to make sure that we received a set when they finally came into stock in their warehouse. Again they were delivered promptly and with great email communication from the courier company. There are lots of negative reviews on here but I really cannot understand why. We have had a fabulous experience with this company during very difficult times. The Titanium Strength dumbbells are really good quality for the money and we would definitely buy Titanium Strength products again. I am a very satisfied GENUINE customer!

Ordered a motorless treadmill from them during the coronavirus lockdown. They were one of the few companies that had them in stock and were still delivering. I was a bit uncertain about ordering from them as I couldn't find any reviews or anything like that but I decided to give it a shot anyway because we really needed a way to exercise.
Delivery estimate was 7-18 days it took a little longer than this and I was getting a bit worried but they did start posting to various social media platforms to let people know they were still working so I was at least slightly reassured. However once it was over three weeks I sent them an email to see if I could get an update on my order. I got a response very quickly and the next day I got a call from a delivery company asking when they could bring my order.
Treadmill is great, delivery was smooth and the price was reasonable.

All in all I would recommend them. A bit more information about where my order was up to would have been nice but I know a lot of companies are very busy at the moment so I would hope this isn't reflective of their usual service.
