Titan Self Storage Telford are the best storage units I have used. Nothing is too much trouble for Tyrone - the manager. He is a real credit to the company and goes over and above. Units are easy to access, secure, clean and great value. Highly recommend

I was amazed at the professional and friendly service from Titan storage in Littlehampton. I had my items stored with them for nearly 2 years and they kept it safe and were always understanding and helpful. A pleasure to deal with and I recommend them on the highest level.

Used the storage short term for a house move. Found Titan very helpful in finding me the right unit then helping to move to a smaller one towards end of the rental. They even helped me to move my belongings.
Also bought some moving boxes from them which was very helpful as my move happened with very short notice and the removal company couldn’t supply.

Due to an house move not going to plan on the day in Telford - I found myself having to use storage. Titan came to the rescue thankfully . Tyrone was extremely helpful and friendly -very empathetic to my situation also reassuring me that he could sort it all out quickly and with a good price which he did. He was my saviour on an extremely stressful day 😅. Thank you so much Tyrone . Would highly recommend 👍👍

From the start, my experience as a customer has been outstanding.
We are moving house and the Titan Telford support has been fantastic. Tyrone has an excellent telephone mannee, been very responsive to any questions and charming both on the phone and in person.
Moving house has been a very stressful time for us, with uncertainties and big changes. But using Titan has made things a lot easier. A cheery smile and sense of humour also go a long way.
My husband was pleasanrly surprised by the high standard of the facilities and we also really appreciated the items in the shop. We will be extending our contract to make life easier with our move from Wales.

Professional friendly advisors who supported me through every stage of my first venture into storage.
Cost of storage very reasonable with discounts offered for 1st 3months in my case.
Container and its environment very clean and compact. A variety of lifting equipment available in good working order to unload.
Access to property using their remote access system for out of hours was easy to use and efficient.
Nothing was too much trouble to arrange with the help of Tyrone. All paperwork was online and user friendly for a mature person to navigate.i.e. myself

I recently used Titan in Leamington Spa and the service I received was excellent. Both Pete and Patryk were extremely helpful and friendly. I wish to thank Patryk in particular, who went out of his way to help on more than one occasion and should be commended. Nothing is too much trouble for him and it was a pleasure dealing with him. Julie was excellent and answered all our questions thoroughly. She is a great asset to the Solihull Titian storage team. Although we initially visited Titian to view the space, she offered several options and made us feel at ease, which ultimately convinced us to book the space.

Great customer service and friendly welcome. Very informative and helpful. Harley from Woking branch exceeded my expectations when he called to check in with me at 11pm when I was having issues with accessing the building after hours. He went above and beyond and has left me a satisfied and happy customer.

Titan storage is an excellent facility to store your belongings. It's very secure and tidy and excellent safe access even out of hours with your own pin code. Tyrone was very helpful and professional. Could not have asked for more.
