Easy to setup an account, great advice on size etc with Bracknell manager. All fully explained and using the space currently

Very secure, good price, amazing customer service

Matt and Cheryl were super helpful - nothing was too much bother. They helped me load boxes into my car, showed me the units and options available, their emails with instructions were very detailed and useful and also very easy to follow. All my questions were answered and the units themselves were clean, secure and easy to use. I'd use this Braintree service again.

Have used this company before and they are amazing,the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Can pop into the store and ask any question with a kind reply.

Pete was very supportive and provide guidance an help not only for our need, but event went beyond! having extra care on us, as coming from abroad, just recent within UK

Kay speake the Manager...was fantastic and a Great Asset to Titan storage..I personally feel without her professional help and Guidance I definitely would have chosen another storage company. She way and beyond to explain clearly and was extremely helpful

The staff there we so warm and welcoming. I had never used storage before they showed me the options available and explained how it all worked. I went ahead with one of the units all paperwork done there and then andwas using the storage 20 minutes later. The units themselves were clean and in good condition.

I needed the storage last minute and Cheryl was amazing. She went through everything with me and was very sympathetic to my situation. Very professional. Whenever I phoned they were most helpful. If I needed to use a storage place again I’d definitely go back to them!!

Titan Braintree provided an excellent service, getting my locker set up quickly and efficiently. Easy access to the unit and plenty of trolleys etc. Also very quick to close out my contract when I had finished with it. Highly recommended.
