Item that i was purchasing was not as advertised, Item advertised as a new BBQ and what was being sold was a ex demo model with damage. And no contact from company in regard to this until i made contact about where the item was after purchase a week later and then i was told.

Unfortunately, after your purchase, our shop floor staff informed us that the BBQ was an ex-display model, which is why it had been heavily reduced. We completely understand your disappointment and regret the delay in communication.
Our priority was to try and source a brand-new replacement at the same discounted price, which required us to check with our suppliers and this is what caused the delay in communication. Unfortunately, as the item had been discontinued, we were unable to do so.
As soon as we confirmed this, we contacted you with images of the ex-display model and offered you the choice of proceeding with it or receiving a full refund.
We appreciate your patience and are glad we could issue a full refund promptly. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will strive to improve our communication in the future. If there's anything else we can do, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

A really great company!
A really great company, with very quick shipping times and excellent prices. We bought a frying pan this time, but ordered a recliner sofa on a previous occasion, and since it was in stock it arrived only two days later. Their customer service was also excellent, helping me to pick a recliner over the phone that was perfect for us!
