Very disappointed
Very disappointed ordered an outdoor rocking chair which said there was 1in the shop. Sent my son back to collect and it was out of stock. Need to update website regularly so not to cause disappointment

While the website did display one item in stock at the time of your order, we later found that the remaining rocking chair was unfortunately damaged and therefore not suitable for sale.

Very bad packing
Ordered two buckets of fence paint. For some reason one of the buckets was packed upside down in the box and had leaked.

Overall a good experience
Overall, a good experience. I ordered the Store It Out Max 1200L storage box and it arrived within two working days. The only issue was that the metal plate was slightly bent, but we were still able to assemble it without problems. Hopefully, this was just a one-off and won’t happen again in the future.
