Not delivered yet. ??

This item arrived having been on back order. This company kept me fully up to date on the progress of the item.
Eventually arriving well packaged and on the date I was aware of through the superb tracking. Keeping customers informed,particularly in a situation like this, is so important. This company certainly achieved this.

Ordering my Einhell Cordless Scarifier from Tooled-Up was very easy and everything ran flawlessly. I placed the order on 6th march 2026, it was picked and packed on the same day, an invoice was received on the 7th March and it was delivered on 9th march by DHL.
I didn't unpack it until late on 11th march and found everything in order except for the fact that one washer was missing. I telephoned Tooled-Up on 12th and sent details via email as requested. I have received a washer plus spare today (13th). Very impressed.
Tooled-Up have kept me informed of every step along the way, right from the initial order.
I am very happy with the Scarifier and the Company and would not hesitate to use them again

Got what I ordered, finally. Took 4 separate dispatches depending upon whether products were in stock or not (all items showed as in stock so was a surprise that this was not the case).

I received 24 emails relating to my ONE order. Confirmation, picking order advices, despatch advices, should have received advices, requests for product review, requests for service review. UTTERLY INTRUSIVE AND EXCESSIVE.

When I first started to use Tooled-up to equip my ever growing collection of Bosh 18V all in tools I have found it easy to order. Orders arrive quickly, no problems, and the e-mail reports on progress is excellent.
Packaging was very good. Never had a reason to contact their customer support so all good.

Out of stock when I found this site, but quoting the best price I had found, so I ordered and paid. Absolutely true to their promise - the vacuum was delivered as promised. It is my third now after about 7 years and is just so handy and flexible - just like its name!

Good price and fast delivery . Responded quickly to an enquiry by a real person. Id use them again.
The Bosch universal brush i bought was a disappointment . It does not come with all the possible brushes . I particularly wanted the melamine eraser pad. Thats another £10! for 3. They are not solid melamine foam ,look like sponge with probably some melamine mixed in. Any way it was useless. So I bought a magic melamine eraser in DIY shop the stains floated away and melamine wore away, they way it is supposed to. The bosch discs become very soft white sponge. Best to spend ££ magic erasers in the DIY shop .

Never used Tooled-Up before but the product (car hoover) was easy to order, arrived quickly, no problems, and the e-mail reports on progress were excellent. Packaging was very basic but it was in a good manufacturers box anyway. Never had reason to contact customer services, so can't comment on that.

Unfortunately, I have a bad opinion of this company, I ordered an order, it was sent and I did not receive it. I am reporting a problem by email that something is wrong with the shipment at DHL. Unfortunately, customer service is very poor. Maybe it's DHL's fault, but I need to be interested in what happens when I report the problem several times. Full Refund , I won't go back to them.

Great product, excellent service

Very fast delivery and well packaged. Courier a bit slack and left parcel out in the rain in one of the worst storms for a while. Heater first class, gets my workshop warm and habitable fast and good investment. Wouldn't be without it

Their website provided the best online price than other retailers. Delivery was prompt and the item sent was as described. Most importantly would I use them again? Yes, if their price is competitive.

Product was as described and came well packaged and very quickly.
