I recently had my car serviced at Toomey Hyundai Basildon and had a really positive experience. Amber was extremely helpful, friendly and professional throughout the whole process. She kept me informed and made everything straightforward and stress-free.

Sofia the receptionist is always very helpful and efficient. I always book our vehicles for an 8:00 drop off and wait for collection. Sometimes I take the opportunity to visit a friend who lives locally and Sofia messages me as soon as the vehicle is ready for collection. On this occasion I asked for the technician to investigate a possible concern with the engine and transmission and they carried out a thorough investigation and test run to ensure that everything is correct.

From booking to execution, really pleased with my dealing with Toomey Hyundai. At the dealership was dealt with by Sofia, who was very welcoming, attentive, and explained fully what was going to happen, and then what did happen. This was my first service with Toomey, and I am very satsified, would recommend.

Had a very good experience from start to finish. Sofia was very helpful booking in for my service & mot. She worked hard ensuring I had my car in time for the school run. Very knowledgeable about the process and answered my questions politely. She looked and sounded as though she enjoyed her work and that’s very nice to see.

Dropped the car off for its 1st service with along with hire car. Amber looked after me who was really helpful and gave a lot of advice to all my questions around my dash cam. Absolutely great service all round!

Had my car in for a service today and was looked after by Sofia who was very helpful and attentive giving me all the information I needed. I waited at site so a good few hours but there was a coffee machine and comfy sofa chairs to sit on and wait. Also got a free car wash!

The waiting area was comfortable, clean and smart.
Everything was explained to me after my car was done and ready to collect.
This is the second year I have been to Hyundai at Laindon and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I would recommend them to anyone. Excellent

My car had been booked in at hyundai Basildon. Drivers side mirror, motor needed to be replace as not operating mirror.
I was greeted by Sofia friendly warm smile.
What a asset this young lady is to the hyundai company.
She is very knowledgeable,approachable and extremely helpful.
Sofia came with me to the hire car as l have never driven an electric car, after explaining all and staying with me till l felt comfortable with the car.
Overall experience with my visit was outstanding.

First time I have taken my car here for a service, and both the car and I were very well treated! Sofia was very helpful when checking the car in, and when she checked it back out she went through all the points with me. Nice waiting area, and I really liked the screen showing progress for each vehicle. Free refreshments (even if the multiple recycling bins were a bit confusing, lol) was very welcome. Air con too, so perfect when waiting on a hot day....

Sofia - my advisor was lovely. My service was on time and the loan car was clean. Everything went well
