UGUR K
UGUR K
As a first-time visitor to Istanbul, I was delighted and pleased to have as my guide UGUR K. His knowledge and professionalism were impeccable!
I can be a very demanding visitor. I taught history for many years in The States, and I studied the eastern Mediterranean at the university.
My questions were often complicated and precise, yet UGUR K answered them with grace and sophistication. Our tours of Aya Sophia, The Cisterns, The Blue Mosque, The Hippodrome, and Topkapi Palace were insightful and highly informative. At no point did UGUR K avoid any question or give a weak or glib answer. His answers matched my interests, and he understood my needs with grace and enthusiasm.
UGUR K was also a wonderful interface between me and the larger Turkish-speaking public. He helped navigate lines, exhibits, and crowds. He is a man of culture and grace: I highly recommend his services to any traveler who expects or desires the broadest range of interpretation delivered with a relaxed, calm demeanor.
I give UGUR K five out of five stars!

Transnistria / Pridnestrovie with Nicolai
Transnistria / Pridnestrovie was our 2nd fantastic tour with Nicolai. On this journey into Pridnestrovia, we made several unplanned stops (roadside stands for tasting fresh melons … produce markets (especially for enjoying delicious pears)… Lenin statues … a winery … a ‘cemetery’ of rusting remains of old Soviet trucks and farm equipment … etc) while still seeing all the planned places we wanted to see. All of which added so much to our experience. Best of all, Nicolai brings a sharp sense of humor and a fresh enthusiasm to his tours (not easy after leading tours for 10 years) while also opening our perceptions to the world that we see and what lies behind it all. I cannot imagine having a better experience with any other guide. Just hire him now for your next tour in Moldova! Mulțumesc, Nicolai !

We had a tour with Natalia P out of Lisbon. It was an Exclusive Private tour with Wine & Cheese.
Natalia was awesome! knowledgeable of everything and we particularly enjoyed the fish market Livramento Market in Setubal she took us to. Made us a cheese plate. We had an amazing fresh fish lunch in a local Fishing Village. Believe me well worth the private experience with a guide that's passionate about what they do! Thanks again Natalia. we enjoyed our time with you and if ever back most definately would love to see you again. Pam & Chris

Diana was more than perfect!
Diana was more than perfect!
I had sent information on what we were looking for
Diana took the time to research and took us to the areas that were of interest to us
Like my great grandfather's grave site in Hilversum
And a street in Amsterdam named after my family, she knew exactly how to get there and took great pictures for us!
Diana went with our speed of walking around Amsterdam
Very understanding
While we used Diana for 2 days, we should have used Diana for 3 days in hindsight
If you are looking for a great tour guide
Diana is the one!
Thank you Diana for all you did for us, and the family research you did prior to us getting to Amsterdam
Cheers!!

What a treat
What a treat! We've never booked a private tour before but now that we have we will continue to do so. Nasir, our driver, was so knowledgable about the history of Quebec and we had such a memorable day. He cultivated our tour around what we wanted to see and for how long we wanted to stay there. Would recommend him and this tour as one of your day activities!

Our tour guide
Our tour guide, Jaap, was simply incredible. I wanted to see where my mother's family was from in the Netherlands. Jaap was gracious enough to take what I knew and fill in so many blanks. I will never forget my tour and I am so grateful to Jaap. I would like to bring other members of my family to go on another tour with Jaap. Thank you so much!!!
