spoke with customer service team about the delivery of my marble stone table with the representative Mark he was very pleasant and told me from detail how my delivery would come about and how he would text me or call me when that process would happen. i didn’t receive my product yet but i’m sure by the review s its going to be absolutely beautiful. this is my first time dealing with this company . thank you Mark

The furniture people were great. They lifted up two flights of stairs put it in my bedroom and look immaculate. The dresses look so beautiful. I recommend people to buy your furniture and they delivery service is great. My daughters are so happy. They have the beautiful new dresses.

Customer service was incredible from the shopping experience itself (they went out and took pictures of a few tables for me), through shipping (many comms) to the white glove service who hauled 500lbs of table up two flights and assembled all in 30 mins! On a Saturday! Table is beautiful and a tremendous value (same table selling for $1000’s more elsewhere). Will definitely be buying through TOV again!

I ordered some very expensive coffee tables, which arrived in the best packaging I have ever seen in my life. The packaging was not damaged at all unfortunately, the marble top of the large table has three horizontal scratches on it, running across the vein of the marble.
No way I’m packing this back up and sending it back in. The scratches obviously occurred either before packing or while they were packing.

Awful experience. Received stools that were much too narrow for an Average person to fit in properly. My designer had said TOV takes full returns because that was her experience 6 months prior. Apparently they don’t any longer…they take 20% restocking fee, charge you for shipping and only provide store credit. Complete and utter rip off…they clearly can’t stand behind their products. Stay away!! While they made an exception for me after many emails and phone calls, they still charged $450 for a $1200 product. Extremely disappointed and I will make sure I provide this feedback to as many customers that are out their.

Mark was kind and very helpful during the entire process placing my order. He sends me updates on the progress with shipment. Highly recommended!!

Great customer service and great products at amazing value. They all look great in my home

Very disappointing experience. I was told the items were in stock, only to find out after placing my order that everything was on backorder. Then, on the scheduled delivery day, I was told the truck broke down and the next delivery wouldn’t be for another two weeks. Now, nearly three months after placing our order, we still haven’t received the items. At this point, I honestly have to ask: is this a scam?

Horrific customer service. Mariellea, who stated she was the manager, refused to take back my chair after I was previously told by a representative that the chair was out of stock and that I should purchase the same TOV chair from another retailer, with no need to return the original order.

After an unnecessarily long argument, despite the fact that the chairs had not even been delivered, she initially insisted that I would have to keep them. She eventually agreed to a return, but only with a 20% restocking fee plus shipping charges.

The entire experience was incredibly frustrating. Mariellea was rude, unhelpful, and showed no interest in resolving the issue fairly. I have purchased many items from TOV in the past, but after this experience, I will never order from them again. I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received.

Really disappointing experience. The lamp I received looked noticeably different from the product shown in the listing video. Different proportions, different-looking rattan material, and an overall much cheaper appearance in person. I completely understand that handmade items can vary slightly, but this went far beyond normal variation.

What frustrated me most was the response from customer service. Even after providing detailed comparison photos and explanations, I was told the item was “within manufacturing standards” and would still be subject to both return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

Unfortunately, this experience completely undermined my trust in ordering from them again.

I cannot be more pleased with my purchases from TOV and the customer service that I received from Tori! She assisted me in exchanging an item that I did not love for the one that I really wanted. She went above and beyond to help me and was very kind and patient.
I got a new king size bed with storage that is amazing, waiting to receive my new dresser and night stands - so excited! There is a local store where I live that is selling the same furniture for almost double the price - so glad I found TOV!

Purchased furniture and fell in love with the brand the quality and the service received. The packaging not only great but also so personable and fun. The furniture is great quality and beautiful. The customer service is always pleasurable too.

Extremely disappointed with the quality and service. My ottoman arrived two months late and was delivered damaged with a sunken, defective side. The company is now refusing to honor a return because of a strict 48-hour claim policy, showing zero flexibility for their own shipping delays and poor quality control. Unprofessional and poor quality products.

This is the worst company I ever bought something from . From the first deliver they send the bed with out the main piece. And one of the parts came with black stains on it . It took them one month to send the piece. We paid to assemble the bed and they didn’t give us the money back since we had to do it ourselves. they said that they will send cleaners for the stains and that also didn’t happen now when we don’t want the bed anymore they will not allow us to return it. Do yourself a favour do not buy from this place.

TOV is not only an amazing online furniture store with fab products with great price points, it also has THE BEST staff. They go out of their way to make things right and ensure the customer is happy - even reaching out directly with updates and follow ups. As a decorator I’m always looking for new resources. Found this cute side table on Amazon. It came very well packaged. It was heavy, which was one of my needs.
Table was in perfect condition. I want to thank Mark from customer service for so helpfully answering my questions. I Will look at the TOV product line for future needs.

I ordered a coffee table that was currently backordered. Since then, the product has gone on sale, and I wanted to know if the price could be adjusted. Fortunately, it was! The representative I spoke with, Niko, was incredibly helpful and made the process a pleasure. I eagerly await the shipment of my item.
